My parcel still has not been picked up in Sydney. It has been fraught with friction and drama despite following PMs complicated instructions to the letter. I would not use this company again. I have sent parcels, house contents etc. back and fro from Scotland to Sydney and back again and nothing was this messy.

Absolutely appalling service. Nothing is collected or delivered on time. Every excuse under the sun : Couldnt find your address (they delivered a few weeks earlier to same address and that didnt arrive on time either !), left card in the door (No they did NOT!)... Still waiting for goods to be delivered.....

I like this service collection from your home
Only negative had to wait in most of the day for the collection because it was stated collect from 0800hrs to 1800hrs and did not come till 1700hrs

I shipped three 20kg boxes from the UK to the US. Pick up was fine and they arrived quickly, within three days. One box was a quite crushed, so I would be hesitant to send fragile items. Wrap and box them very well! Great service for the price.

This is the frist time that I had used Parcel Monkey and found my experience very good with a couple major exceptions. I delivered my parcel to the local DPD pick up shop on Thursday 3 August in the late morning. I asked when it would be collected and was told that they had no idea but that the parcels that they had received during the first three days of the week had only been picked up he previous day, Wednesday. My parcel being sent to Sweden was not collected until the following day, Friday 4 August. So it would appear that DPD made no collection on the Thursday - collecting only on two days - Wednesday and Friday - that week. When I tried to monitor the tracking of the parcel I was able to do so whilst it was in the UK but once it had left there was no information available. The recipient told me that he had received the parcel yesterday, 10 August. Delivery time - good. Pick up unreliable. Tracking after leaving the UK - could do much better if they tried!

The package arrived in a few days as expected, but very ruined and with some open corners. Luckily inside there were only clothes and some books, so nothing was broken.

I ordered this service for collection on the 2nd and was due for delivery on Monday the 7th August. this did not arrive the service provided at parcel monkey was below what would be expected in such a situation. they advised me they will contact the courier and keep me updated, all they kept on telling me is that they havent heard back. today is Friday I decided to take this into my own hand I contacted the courier who confirmed with me that they did not receive a single message from PM regarding this parcel.... personally I do not understand how they could lie to me this way for so many days. the parcel was missing and the search only started many days later due to PM laid back service if to for me nothing would be happening.. what do we pay them for, if not for them to take care of our parcels. at the moment I still dont have my package and this is causing great aggravations there is no one to talk to. Who has ever heard of a company without a contact number??? I finally got the manager onto to live chat who made me trust that he will get onto the case. Now have to wait till Monday to hear from him... how crazy because Monday there will be no one anymore to accept the package at the destination, they only got themselves into greater problems... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!! use at your own risk. if anything happens there is no one to talk to.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced via a courier company. When you write to complain on their Facebook site all they say, to anyone asking for help is "Hello, xxxxxx, I am sorry to hear the courier you selected has not collected your parcel as of yet. Please kindly provide your PM number and we will look further into this for you." This service is ridiculous.They never go any further than this with helping you. You never hear back from them. I have started the process of getting my money refunded via my bank but I would suggest that you NEVER use this service but instead write a lot of letters to the owner MR NAVIN RAMIAH of 21 Tollgate Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TG and tell him why you are so upset with his extremely unprofessional service.

I have sent 3 parcels through Parcel Force on the 3rd of August to Portugal. The 1st one arrived on the 7th, which is on schedule, but no sign of the other 2. The second one arrived with damage on the 9th! And the 3rd is still missing... I contacted the agent about thr 3rd one but they cannot tell me where it is! I have sent several times with DPD and had no issue at all, but its my 1st and last with this awful company

The parcel has been a week and still has not arrived. It is also damaged and Ive had next to no communication from anybody about it. If I need compensation (if it ever arrives), then Im sure this will be even more trouble. Id rather cut off my own legs than use Parcel Monkey again. I strongly advise you to use another service.
