Using this company for years and Im amazed how competitive they are. Always the cheapest if not way cheaper then any other for sending small to medium parcels. Best of all you can book and drop off locally. Only 1 parcel has been lost but after an investigation is was located and promptly delivered and I was also refunded the postage due to the delay. Awesome

Easy to fill in details and print off the label to attach to the parcel. The tracking system is excellent and kept me informed at all points. My sister-in-law who received the parcel in Italy said the delivery driver had kindly called to say he was running late, but had suggested alternative delivery time or drop off location which was very helpful. All in all, a great service & good value (much cheaper than other places)!

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time today after seeing some advertising of how good service they have although unfortunately NOT HAD the best impressions so far!!! I have a small business building handcrafted furniture which I sell throughout the whole of the UK and send 3-4 large parcels a week. After booking my first collection of furniture in which I found the website to be straight forward and simple I had expected my parcel to be collected today as agreed so we can get this on a next day service. After waiting in all day this has not been collected as scheduled which I went online to advise on the issue in which waiting on live chat over 20 minutes for a response of "Sorry for the inconvenience" I have a background of customer service and I believe this not to be acceptable as this is my first time using Parcel Monkey and have this experience! I must add im not one for complaining although I believe this is certainly not what I want to hear after waiting in all day losing money!! Not to mention I have a customer who has planned to wait in all day off from work tomorrow for the delivery!! Not happy with this at all and if this is not rectified I will be going to social media as I believe this to be appalling and would not recommend this to anyone.

Parcel sent using Parcel Monkey Air Express. Parcel collected from UK address when stated and delivered safely to rural New Zealand 7 days later, all for less than half the cost of Royal Mail. Will definitely use again.

Do not trust Parcel Monkey UK if you want to keep your stress and impotence levels low. One of my parcels has been returned as my item wasnt accepted by their TOS. Yes, they accept a mobile phone, but no batteries. (What kind of phone uses no batteries?) Then they gave me the option to return it to the sender once they had received it on PM headquarters, but this parcel has never been handed over to the currier and now, over a week after the "expected" collection date, they do not give me an answer on where the parcel is at the moment. They still have it (expectedly) at their offices but basically for a reason I dont know, it is not being returned to the sender. Parcel Monkey is basically hijacking my parcel on their offices and being coward enough to no even give a reason of this delay.

This is a great service. Would have been 5stars except the English online form did not allow the use of czech symbols in the address, so when the boxes got to Prague, their system didnt recognise the address without these symbols, so I was sent an email to say the address was incorrect. I could then use the symbols on the czech form.
Appreciated the tracking service, and all staff very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

DPD service was rubbish. Both parcels I had problems with and had to refund customers. Both times when parcels dropped off at Halfords staff not very helpful. One parcel got delayed and never arrived. Other parcel arrived damaged. Ive got prof of both refunds. Out of pocket £90

Found Parcel monkey did not keep to their scheduled promise and more importantly when collecting did not ring to get a signature from customer stating they were collecting goods or put anything to that effect through letterbox. After about four promised dates and times for collection which did not transpire the item was collected on Friday after 5 pm. I hope it was collected because for the above reasons I suddenly found it missing from door. When entering the track a parcel website I got a password filled in the appropriate box with my request and then was asked to fill in a three letter space text. Had no idea what this was ir what required so did not get a satisfactory reply. I think it important where possible a customer signs to acknowledge collection, That way they have proof and reddress when things go astray. Oh yes perhaps a telephone number could be given when a customer e-mails a problem that needs a human voice in the phone to sort it out

Ended up paying cash on Delivery for the package. The local delivery agent refused to deliver the product unless cash is paid to them. They noted this as customs charge, which was not the case.
