I paid for 24 hour service and collection was not made. No tracking was available. Customer service were difficult to contact and were then unhelpful and did not answer my questions.

parcel sent to Singapore on 20th. So far not delivered. no proper response from customer service bots ( or humanoids). P.Monkey knows nothing about the statusquo of the parcel. Nor do they know the contact details of the courier (DPD) to do follow up. Worst experiece ever in international mails.Royal mail would have delivered ordinary post by now (charging £3).

A good way to send parcels overseas at a fair price. The only issue is smaller sizes under 1kg. They are charged at 1kg minimum so you could save money using Royal Mail small parcel rates which can be in grams !

We sent about 10 parcels a week via Parcelmonkey. Spent all day on Sunday Making a product for a last minute marketing job, as usual Parcelforce driver still has not shown by Tuesday. Easier in my experience to just waste a further 5 mins re-booking the parcel and biting the bullet than waiting on hold or in a queue to Parcelmonkey customer support several times to get this resolved. As usual disappointed by the Parcelmonkey system more than anything else. Think we are switching to another courier. While they are almost as useless on the customer support front they have tools to re-book failed collections yourself, meaning you need to talk to them less frequently. I cannot even put into words how frustrating it is to deal with the Parcelmonkey support teams, if i had to I would say about a 50/50 mix of not being listened to and not being at all understood.

Yet again they delivered to RURAL France in 48 hours. No damage to the parcel and communications on each side of the English Channel were excellent and timely.

never used before. Whole process was simple and costs using parcel force were 60% lower than going direct to parcel force. Goods shipped from Uk to The netherlands- arrived exactly as specified

I sent a parcel to Saudi Arabia and it has been three weeks and it still hasnt been sent. In the tracking information since 23rd of July, it says waiting in the depot. There has been no call or note to either recipient or sender. DPD is the courier company who I contacted and they said to contact Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey said they will contact courier and apparently its been waiting for collection. NO ONE KNOWS WHATS HAPPENED WITH IT BASICALLY. Parcel Monkey does not have a phone number and does an online chat where they do not "close" down issues until the end and relies on the customers frustration to keep following it up. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Used parcel monkey as recommended by Amazon for a return.
Positioned as a comparison site, but seemed more like a consolidation offering where individuals can benefit from corporate rates.
Chose to use parcelforce from the three companies offered tor my shipment.
The cost was significamtly kess than going directly to parcel force, but the service just the same.
Overall I would use (& recommend) parcel monkey in the future.

All good until it goes wrong. Parcel Monkey had no immediate contact method with Parcel Force, as in our case, when we were waiting for an urgent collection. All we needed to know was if the collection was going to take place or not as it was getting late but we just spent ages on Parcel Monkeys online chat waiting for a response only to be eventually told that they could not get an answer for 24 hours!! The problem as it turned out was that the new PF driver could not find us but because there was no instant communication possible between Parcel Monkey and our chosen courier we were left in limbo. Nice internet interface, competitive pricing and usually good service, but, if something is very urgent I would recommend going direct to the courier of your choice. It may cost more but you are more likely be able to sort an urgent problem quickly if the need arises.

I really cant think of a downside, this is a perfect solution for door to door handling. My 30kg package was picked up on Tuesday in the UK after buying the service on Monday, and was delivered within 48 hours in the Netherlands. The service i picked was by far the cheapest (DPD) and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it????????????

All well, easy to book and track but messages to parcelforce drivers suck as calling before collection are not forwarded. I had to spend the whole Saturday at home just to wait for a second try...

I sent a parcel which got broken during transit, so I had to send another to my customer,stupidly I did not take out extra cover for damages,I simply thought one package can easily get damaged, however the 2nd parcel was packaged even better than the first and that was broken also, I didnt take out extra cover for my 2nd package as I was already out of pocket from the 1st one that got broke & thought surely 2 out of 2 packages wouldnt get damaged , I was very wrong,the 2nd one got broken too,bearing in mind what I was sending was solid wood my packages were obviously not treated properly during the transit process, extremely annoyed & badly out of pocket ,no chance of any compensation , not very happy
