Do yourself a favour – AVOID !!!! this company if you can help it, find someone else. When we tried to make a claim for the damaged parcel, they did everything they could to avoid paying out. You can’t speak with anyone, they only communicate by email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Parcel not collected on the date stated, was going via DX. Customer service were great, rebooked it for the next day. It was collected, the driver explained that these are difficult times, and they were a driver down on that route, and it was posted asuch on the website. It wasnt. He stuck a bright pink label on it, took photos, and off it went. I wasnt asked for a signature or given a receipt. So I went on line to track it.. It says on the tracking log, 1707 parcel collected then on the next line, 1708 collection missed with a note underneath saying, "Please reschudule by calling............". I contacted both Parcel Monkey and DX the next day, today.. 07/10/21... who are looking into it, the only thing we can agree on so far is yes the driver marked it collection missed, and mysteriously the parcel collected has now vanished from my tracking log. So My parcel is now gone.. in van... with parcel missed being the perfect excuse for any recourse to be dealt with. It could vanish into thin air... I am currently expecting a call from customer support. This was 5 hours ago. I may now have to write off losing an expensive return due to their incompetence. Customer service are helpful.. but only with promises to help.. There are no phone lines to call.. only chat and e-mail. Time to put in a formal complaint..

Sending parcel to our son in Germany.Parcel Monkey made the process easy and hassle free with their helpful resources.Had previously tried other companies and became very frustrated with the time taken up with finding codes etc.Would definitely use them again.

Package wasn’t collected 3 days in a row even though it was rescheduled twice. Stopped myself from going out all three days as no collection time was given, only for no collection to take place. Wasted 3 days Collection of the parcel you paid for isn’t “guaranteed” apparently according to customer service Got nothing in return for my troubles

My 4.5kg Parcel was stopped and held saying it weighs 7KG ! IT DID NOT WEIGH 7kg! I checked with DPD (the carriers) and they confirmed parcel was actually underweight according to DPD hub scans! Parcel was never delivered, nor returned to me, waiting 2 weeks. No way to contact Parcel Monkey they just transfer you to DPD who dont know where my parcel is!! UNFAIR!! Can Parcel monkey please advice??

I used Parcel Monkey because it was convenient to find the cheapest rate to send a fairly heavy package. After I had signed up with the site and organised the collection I thought I would read some reviews of Parcel Monkey and to my surprise there were some less than complementary reviews but actually I found the service to be reliable on times of pick up and delivery and my package was delivered safe and sound by DHL. So I would recommend Parcel Monkey from my experience and probably it was the actual courier companies that were at fault and not Parcel Monkey because their business is simply to find the best deal, which they did.

It was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I organised for my parcel to be collected and they just never showed up. I asked them what had happened and they said sorry and asked if i wanted to re-organise a collection. By this point, the parcel should have already arrived at the location. I decided to go ahead and re-organise collection and made it very clear that if there was any confusion that they would contact me on my phone number. Another day goes by and STILL NO COLLECTION and no phone call... I ended up getting a refund and there was no explanation as to what happened.

Used Parcel Monkey a couple of times now. It comes up with excellent prices using well known couriers like DHL and Parcel Force. Very easy to use and enter parcel details. Important option is to provide more than one parcel at a time so if you want to split the weight or something you can do so and the courier will take both at a low price. This will be my first choice for parcels not light enough to be covered by Royal Mail delivery.

Trash support My second negative review of parcel monkey - i paid for a next day delivery and collection service - a week later im still waiting for my parcel to be collected. EVERY day support told me to wait until 18:00 (even when Courier told me it wouldnt be collected) im fed up - i have tried a different courier now but the support only offered a refund and wouldnt offer to cover the reamining costs of switching service even though they wasted over a week of my time.

The delivery time was stated 3-4 days and it took 12.I know that parcelmonkey is just a services reseller but I expect a relative accuracy of information when it comes to delivery services

Sent 2 boxes to Australia, personal items of my sons, paid nearly £400 to send which I thought was a good price, but when arrived in Australia my son had to pay tax duty? $261 On personal used items and then they were sent to DHL warehouse in Sydney and they are asking for $290 for delivery to Macksville NSW, one he should not have to pay duty tax on his own stuff and two why extra cost from DHL that was never mentioned when using them, don’t get me wrong I’m not blaming them for what has happened in Australia but the amount that was paid to send them should have been enough

You are always wonderful. The only glitch we have is sometimes the "post office" at the other end will not release our parcel to the recipient without them giving a "tracking number" which we dont have. This is resolved by us e-mailing our courier who provides said number. It is just a little inconvenient and involves someone making two trips to the post office.

I needed to send a precious package of handmade curtains to a client. After looking at various options I discovered Parcel Monkey: easy to find price options and add insurance at a reasonable cost. The parcel was picked up one day and delivered the next, my client was delighted and so was I. I will definitely use again as a much more efficient use of my time instead of me doing all the collecting and delivering!
