Easy process to book online and very reasonable price for a next day collection and delivery. Courier was excellent and came at the specified time and delivery was confirmed. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Very straightforward process
The only slight issue was that the documents were not sized to print on A4 paper, so we had to fiddle with the printing programme to get them to print correctly to fit on the parcel.
Dropped at UK post office on Tuesday one week and arrived in USA safely the following Tuesday in good condition.

Easy to use website and offered a number of alternatives in terms of price and delivery company. The one I chose uplifted the suitcase sized package on the Monday and was delivered on the Thursday, all the way from the USA to Scotland. Far cheaper, by several hundred pounds, and way more efficient than FedEx. I would use Parcel Monkey again.

You ask me to rate parcel monkey when it is the courier that I need to criticise .I ordered a collection and parcel force did not turn up to collect !! My items were promised Tuesday and will now be late , I just hope they will be collected today although there is no email apologising or letting me know if this will be the case . I keep giving them the business but it seems if their staff are not mistreating my boxes like my previous complaint, they now cant be trusted to turn up!!!!

I booked this collection/delivery a week ago with Courier via PM. The courier failed to collect when booked on Tuesday, then attended the following day (I was out), then failed to collect again on Thursday, Friday and again on Monday despite assurances from PM that they would be there. PM just says ‘they aren’t the courier they just book it’ as if that helps. They take the money but it’s not their fault? I have let my customers down immensely by using this service and will not use them again.

Straightforward efficient service, ordered online and shortly afterwards received the email to print my label. I used Parcelforce 48 with PO drop off. Far cheaper than going direct, would’ve been 5 stars but ParcelMonkey charged me extra for insurance above £60 when Parcel force provide £100 of cover already?

Incompetent liars with no interest in actually finding your package if it gets lost. My package got damaged in transit on the day it was due for delivery, i was told that it was will arrive at their warehouse within 24/48 hours; This was never case as the tracking showed that it had been back and forth on a delivery van between the sending and receving depot mutliple times. They had contradicted themselves so many times that i no longer believed a word they said. 4 weeks later, i get told my package is lost and theres nothing they can do to help. Attempted to raise a complaint many times but they dont seem to acknowledge. By not having a phone number, they can hide behind their support centre as they know theres nothing anyone can do if they get conned by them. I lost £300 due to their incompitence as they refused to accept responsibility for their actions. Absolute disgrace of a company. Would get better service using a carrier pigeon.

My Son sent my Daughter a book that she wanted from the USA. The tracking said that it had arrived in London on 13th Oct. It then said left Heathrow Oct 19th at 1.07am, then that it arrived at Heathrow 19th Oct at 4am. Then no more info. Their system said that I needed to register to be able to contact them on live chat. I did that and my acc set up was successful. Live chat doesnt work at weekends. So a response was recd to my email on Monday morning it asking me to click on a link. It said I needed to log in...but it wouldnt let me. So tried to reset password. It said that it had sent a link that never arrived even after 4 attempts. The chat line tried to change the password and I recd an email from them with the pssword they had changed it to. That didnt work. After a very long chat and being told they had no record of my email address I was told there was nothing that they could do. She clearly didnt believe me when I said that I had recd emails and asked me to provide copies which I did. She then asked if I was the sender or the receiver. I told her that I hoped to be the receiver. She said that the senders would need to sort it out. WHY when they had kept their end of the bargain ie shipped it from the USA to London. Totally unhelpful and unwilling to accept that the problem is theirs. Not the USA end, not me, not my email address. THEIRS !!!!! totally incompetent. Use this company at your peril.
