If anything goes wrong with delivery this site is trash. Do NOT bother with insurance as you generally arent covered ( its just an extra revenue stream for them) and one of the latest instances cost me £1200 - and not even a refund for the insurance premium! I dont pay for insurance these days and on balance it pays not to.

I was a little apprehensive using the service at first, the prices were so much cheaper than going direct through Parcel Force, I thought there had to be a catch! But I needn’t of worried, their was no hiccups, it was the same service as buying direct, the parcel arrived quickly to the states, Will definitely use again!

Useless - what is the point in paying for a premium / 24 hour delivery if it’s going to take longer & the stance by parcel monkey when contacted; cite t&c’s that say it’s not deemed late unless it’s 5-7 days after the 24hour delivery timeframe! Will not use again!

No problems. Best deal this time was with parcel force............. unfortunately they don’t contact you by email/text like other delivery companies, but you were able to track parcel so can’t grumble.

Web site was easy to navigate.
After entering details it presented a list of services and costs to choose from. Postage label was easily downloaded and printed.
Parcel was picked up delivered by my chosen carrier.
All in all a good experience.

Very efficient. Instructions clear. Printed off labels and customs declaration and left parcel at Post Office. Delivered in Australia within 10 days - just a card in the post took six weeks!

I needed to send winter clothes left in London to my daughter in the USA. Found the Parcel Monkey service online after googling “how to send personal effects to the USA via post” after inputting as many details as I could—measurements and weight, I got an estimate. There were many services to choose from and I picked one that would get there in 2 to 3 days, and it did! At quite a reasonable cost and with collection from my home. So convenient. Note that I used parcel bags (not boxes), and vacuum-sealed clothes and shoes to save on space.

absolutely disgusting, paid £20 to ship an hour away from me, stated the parcel was 1kg and 30x30x136cm, suddenly got an email saying weve added a charge of £52 and taken it from your account because apparently they decided i declared the parcel as 26kg and although they only give fines for understating which i didnt do i had to pay an unjustified fine so large it was £20 more expensive than the whole item and postage, then they had the nerve to lie after i proved they made a mistake and said the charge was magically for the dimensions being wrong and not weight...constantly changing the story to justify a false charge and they continue to refuse to help.

Not dealing with your query properly I have already booked several quotes from parcel monkey and have not had any issues. However, this time it drove me mad by not taking any action with DPD! My parcel was not sent and it was returned after one month, but non of them refund my money! Customers must be aware before dealing with them

I arrange courier service to pick up a parcel it cost me for 30kg for £13.49 on 2 sep and they didnt collect so re-booked it still didnt come so the person drop it off at the post office then it the parcel arrived and drop off by parcelforce without no notice saying its over weight or been withheld. On the 13th October I got a email off parcel monkey saying it was over weight by 10kg so they taken out of my account without my permission 52.20 extra without no proof given to me that is it . As you know with Royal Mail if their is not enough postage cost paid they keep it till it paid .I opened a dispute ask for proof and why it so much .they just fob you off

Totally disgusted, my parcel which was clearly labelled with fragile and wrapped in loads of bubble wrapping, I specifically asked for it to be handled gently, and it arrived at its destination completely shattered and broken, I am very upset to have paid 9 quid for a service that has lead me to lose 17 quid , I am out of pocket by 26 quid now, this is the first contact I have had with your company having not had an answer before. Terrible and upsetting service, will never use again!!, I complained and this is what I got an email asking for a review , didnt even bother to answer my email, let alone refund my money.

Unfortunately, this was the second time that the courier did not show up on the booked date, which was quite disappointing. As I scheduled it to be delivered a few days before it needed, it was okay, but for deliveries that are time-sensitive, this could have been a disaster. Customer service was responsive and re-booked it, so that was all good, the website is easy to use when booking, and the service is reasonably priced and these are reasons that I gave it three rather than one or two stars. If the no-shows on scheduled bookings could be sorted out ParcelMonkey would definitely earn a 4 or even 5 star rating!
