I have drop off my box at collection point on 28-Jan and it is still at hub scan and I am not receiving any further news. I hope that was not stolen or broken and at the best it will be returned to me....next time I am going to pay 3 pounds more to send it with more reliable courier. I made lot of nice skincare products to my sister and my heart is broken she would not get these.

Failed to deliver within 48 hours as promised. ( The recipient was out, so forgivable.) Tried again the next day but this time Parcel force decided that the address was not complete. (Funny that they managed to find it the day before!) Back to the depot again and Parcel force appear not to work over the weekend. Finally delivered 4 days late. Not good enough.

I cannot see it has been "Delivered" online hence the tracking could be better. I know my parcel has arrived because I have been told so by the receiver.
The track then is not very accurate.

Mostly fine except the quote was recalculated to twice the price after I put all my details in, it could have told me sooner as I entered the delivery postcode up front. Beware of believing the headline prices! Apart from this everything went smoothly.

i normally use Parcel Monkey all the time, however i have just tried to send a parcel and they came back as they do not send to this postcode. its in Durham. i dont see why not. had to use another provider

This is not your fault but I need to let people know how difficult it is to send parcels from UK to Europe. After 11 days my international priority parcel using Parcelforce to the Netherlands has not even left the UK. This is worse than Royal Mail in November which was taking 5/6 weeks to deliver. Not Parcelmonkeys fault but don’t give me delivery estimates of 3 to 5 days you cannot honour please.

Worked just fine with very speedy delivery. Good value too.
The only minor snag was that the 9 digit reference number I received when handing in the parcel for delivery was not compatible with DPDs systems and I was therefore unable to track delivery. However, Im not sure if this was a DPD issue or a Parcel Monkey one.

Created my account and sent my first package, it is currently lost and should have arrived at its destination 4 days ago. Customer service is unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Parcel Monkey is good service until something goes wrong where you will have nobody to speak to and only an online form. The agents you deal online are only there to pass messages between you and the "actual" delivery company so in a sense nobody looks after your interest while you do not have direct access to the courier that has your item. I have been using Parcel Monkey for sometime now and when it works it is great but if there is a problem, you will wish you never used them.

Terrible customer service, miss these out and go straight courier directly , you will save money and get a refund , I paid £40 for a next day service , never got picked up , and was told to wait 5 days for a refund
