Quick service and great delivery

Parcel arrived after 11 days UK to France. This is ok if we knew what was going on. I know it has become more difficult after Brexit but better communication on the tracking site would be appreciated. When the parcel arrived in France the tracking was non existent.

I have used parcel monkey for both personal and business purposes to deliver all different parcels for years. When everything goes smoothly it works perfectly. However, be warned if you need to make a claim for missing parcels the speed at which they deal with it and way they handle it is shocking! IT IS OF MY OPINION THE EXTENDED COVER IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED UNFAIRLY

Very useful to be able to compare delivery prices and each one clearly laid out to show what exactly I would get for my money.
The booking process was user friendly as was tracking my parcel.
Have used before and would definitely use again.

This was a parcel to USA and I added all of the provided labels to the package.However, the following day it was returned to me by Parcelforce, saying that it needed another form. It was left with me and then collected again the following day. I contacted Parcelmonkey who couldnt explain or help me. Last heard they were going to find out from Parcelforce and get back to me. Im still waiting, This meant that my parcel dispatch was delayed by a few days.

I always go to Parcel Monkey when I need to send a parcel. They give a great choice of companies and the prices. I have sent two parcels recently and both were collected as stated and arrived promptly and in good condition. Highly recommended.

booking the parcel on was very quick and easy, however the parcel is still at the sorting hub and there hasnt been any activity for a week. I understand that this is more to do with the courier however the courier cant now give me an answer directly and parcel monkey had to take it up with them for me, that just means more delays.

This company will happily take your money for insurance but when it comes to a proper claim and paying out. They will find every excuse under the sun. This is why they have come off main social media platforms as they know they are happily robbing people who are in trouble during corona virus. What a shameful act.

Dreadful. I paid for next day delivery but my parcel was still at the drop-off shop 6 days later. Now, they say theyve lost it. Stolen it more like.

Took an extra £20 out of my account after delivery without informing me beforehand. Claimed measurements were wrong yet do not provide any evidence and state that it is my responsibility to provide photographic proof of measurements for a parcel that has already been opened by the recipient. The most shady business Ive ever dealt with

My parcel still hasnt left the UK even though I paid for a service to have it in my destination country withing 3-7 days. When I phoned up a week later to find out where my parcel is (tracking it shows the one week its collected and at Heathrow and then 3 days later its only been collected and never updated again) I was told by the customer service person they were told to say its due to Covid. Covid cant be the excuse for everything. Very disappointed in myself that I didnt rather go with DPD as I heard ppl say their parcels got delivered within 4 days.

Do not rely of them if you want something collected / delivered on a particular date. Order a collection to deliver a birthday present. Ordered on Friday for collection on Tuesday. I checked with the delivery company on the day of collection and they had no record of the collection whatsoever. I contacted parcel monkey who just apologised and said the courier didnt receive the collection request. So parcel monkey had between Friday and Tuesday to rectify the issue but nope. They do not offer refunds or discounts or anything of the sort for delays like this. You simply cannot rely on them.
