Very disappointed with this broker. They took 2 packages from me both not delivered after almost 3 weeks! They dont know what is happening. The company delivering also dont know what is happening. I will never use them again.

No major qualms with Parcel Monkey, their service was fine but the courier I selected which was cheapest for a next day delivery was DPD. I dropped off parcel on Monday morning 9.30am at drop off point, it wasnt picked up by DPD until late Tuesday afternoon and it didnt arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The parcel had perishables (home made hamper) and had do be thrown away on arrival.

Used Parcel Monkey to get goods to a customer in the US. PM offered more competitive rates than other similar services including options the others did not have. I will definitely use them again.

It was really easy to book, although I didnt get a time of collection email, and so missed the driver, but got one the next day. So not a major issue, just a technical glitch. All in all, I was very happy!

Sent a large parcel to Australia. Great price, much cheaper than was originally quoted by ParcelForce or any others.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING SERVICE. I PAID NEAR £12.00 TO SEND SOMETHING TO GERMANY ON 5TH JANUARY. I CONTACTED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS AND I WAS TOLD 48 HOUR BEFORE AN UPDATE WAS PROVIDED. I CONTACTED AGAIN AFTER THIS TIME, AND TOLD 7 DAYS AND AGAIN AFTER THIS 7 DAYS AGAIN. THIS WAS A GIFT TO FAMILY IN GERMANY AND IT HAS NOT MOVED SINCE 21ST JANUARY, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK FROM THE SHIPPING COSTS OR RAISE ANY CLAIMS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Criminal ..... I demand a full refund for the return of this parcel PM8811233, I have been lied to & misinformed about the delivery for months and you have the cheek to charge me for the return ? I have the original label “Hawthorn Cottage EH23 4JT - I expect a refund immediately - your website won’t let me upload the proof ? Absolute shambles ? You have charged me for the return of a parcel you couldn’t / wouldn’t deliver ? You owe me money ... I’ve spent 3 months trying to sort this out so you should compensate me for my time and STRESS

We are fortunate to have a really good local Hermes delivery lady and have always had excellent service from Parcelforce. Using Parcelmonkey makes the job of booking collections and deliveries simple and fast so we are always very happy with parcel send/receive service we use via these three companies.

Really not satisfied with service. Parcel was unable to be delivered twice ; tracking said the address was insufficient, despite instructions on how to contact recipient ( press buzzer 2/1 at entrance to flats) and having the recipients mobile number. My brother, the recipient, arranged for redelivery at local post office in Crosshill Glasgow. He EVENTUALLY picked up the parcel one week after it was supposed to be delivered to his home address. On opening the parcel he discovered that an expensive jar of pasta sauce had broken and spilled over the rest of the contents of the parcel . I am very disappointed and angry with the whole situation. The parcel was a gift from myself and my elderly mum for my brother in Glasgow who we havent seen for almost a year due to current restrictions. My mum had paid for next day delivery and the the subsequent issues with delivery upset her fragile mental health. I have also complained to ParcelForce. Regards, catriona Brannan

If could would put -10!!! Send my package to Nederlands on 11 tu January and its still sitting in Parcelforce depo, somewhere god knows where. Parcel monkey just sending the same excuses Brexit Covid related delays! It even 3 weeks now. My friend send package and it was in Nederlands in 2 days time. Just redicilous will never use them again!
