This is my first time using your service. And last. I have been charged today an extra £3.99 to my card as the dimensions werent correct. Do you know how small the parcel was? Tiny 8x6x4 cm and I paid for a bigger parcel.... Dont touch these thieves

Cost comparison compared to booking on Parcelforce directly was excellent and Parcel Monkey Cost was 50% lower. I paid for a doorstep collection - on the date of collection, working normal office hours, I emailed to check on collection timing at about 4pm. I am still awaiting a response despite the 3-working hour response standard claimed by Parcel Monkey. Checking the parcel history, a collection was attempted at around 21.00 - well past closure time for a business and I am not sure this even happened. In the end I took the parcels to the post office to get them into the system. Overall, the booking process was simple, price for service was good but follow up response to my question on collection times was poor and collection service, for which a premium was paid, was non existent.

Do not use as a business! I totally understand theyre just a middle-man, but their level of incompetence is unbelievable. Because of them, we have now lost a sale, with £50-£60 profit, lost a good customer, lost our £250 item, and received a bad review. weve been left waiting for 6 days for them to get a reply from ParcelForce but all were being told is "Unfortunately, we have still not received an update from the delivery agents and are chasing them for one." Unbelievable. **Edit - theyre replied to us privately, and again, for the 5th or 6th time within the week, have given us ZERO information, just informed us that theyd contact the courier again. So we literally have not had 1 single viable update. Please, DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!!!

ParcelMonkey is a website that repackages courier services. While you are led to believe the services are the exact same (as youre just going through a proxy vendor), youd be wrong to trust them. They repackage courier services, at much the same price as it would be direct from courier. They then STRIP key service agreements from those services, despite the fact youre paying for the same service at pretty much the same price. Couriers cover liability up to a certain level by default for all packages. Extended liability is available to EXTEND that coverage. Yet by default, an amount is covered already. ParcelMonkey, like creepy back alley vendors, offer you the option to select Extended liability. Now to anyone who has the smallest degree of understanding of the English language, Extend means to EXTEND, ie increase, improve or grow. On ParcelMonkey, if you do not select Extend liability and pay a fee for EXTENDING liability, then in their mind they have the clearance to completely revoke the couriers baseline liability coverage which is offered by default by the courier. ? Ehm ? This then also technically means that every service you can buy through ParcelMonkey will always cost more, even to just get the baseline courier product. So then there is no advantage of buying through them. Just go direct to courier every time, theyre customer service is bad enough but at least you can rely on their basic service level agreements.

I sent a package of critical work materials to a location via Parcel Force (booked via Parcel Monkey) on a 24hr service. PF failed to deliver it twice (no card left, and compromising the work - suspect laziness) and so PF advised that it would be quicker to return to sender than use the label Id prepaid for (included in the package, via PM). The return was also critical for work for the following weekend which was also missed because of the following... What I didnt realise at the time, is that PARCEL MONKEY IS THE SENDER, so it was returned to them instead of me (the return address filled out on PM!!). PM then charged me £20 to return the parcel to me, THE RETURN ADDRESS, and subsequently refuse to engage on the topic of reimbursement through their thoroughly underwhelming support tickets. Whats the point of asking for a return address? What an absolute scam. Disappointed with PF, but when you speak to their customer service they refer you to PM, whose customer service is worse than poor. Whats the point in using either service when they cant do their one job? I may as well have a chance of getting customer service direct with PF and cut out PM. At least PF will speak to me then! @PM it would have only cost you £20 to retain a customer and increase goodwill. Its not rocket science, and youve failed.

Terrible support. I sent two packages with parcelforce via parcelmonkey to the same address one week apart. Postage cost around £35 each. A month later i get an email saying the parcel is due to be destroyed unless i pay another £35 to have it returned, this was the first contact id had regarding tthe shipment, upon receipt of the returned package it showed that they couldnt deliver it because they couldnt find the address i found that interesting as the second parcel to the same address, using the same service was delivered just fine. Support is via a live chat which intentionally sends you around in circles in the hope youll give up. Eventually after several days i was offered a £25 refund on the £70 this interaction cost me.

My parcel was sent and was delivered a few days later. However the recipient could not find the package. Having contacted EVRI we were sent a map and photograph of exactly where the parcel had been left. From this the recipient was able to track down the parcel. I used the chat-line for contacting and all was sorted within a few minutes.

First time using this company very easy user friendly interface, I placed my order on a friday for collection on Tuesday.

With a parcel to send to Northern Ireland, I used your service to find suitable quotes. I selected a collection service, and sent my customer an invoice for goods and carriage. The customer paid me by bank transfer, so then I booked my chosen carriage service. It was only then that I was informed this service is NOT a collection service, even though I selected a collection service! The next collection service on offer is a Parcelforce service at double the original cost. In desperation, that is the one I selected. One problem with Parcelforce is that they do not seem capable of giving an estimated time for collection, so inevitably the driver called when I was elsewhere (I am self-employed and mostly work on my own). In my experience, delivery agents usually do deliveries in the morning, and collections in the afternoon, so I made sure I was available all afternoon until 17:00. The parcel has since been collected an delivered.

Worst support experience ever, my parcel is stuck in Derby warehouse for more than 10 days and i have been emailing and massaging but no one is replying very very frustated right. I can understand that things can get delayed sometime but i have right to be informed and kept posted
