Great service dropped off my parcel at the local drop off point (inside Sainsbury’s Store) and was delivered within a few days. Will definitely use again

Because of the holiday the parcel wasnt delivered as quick as I thought. It would help to know what time parcels are picked up from the stores.

I sent my parcel from UK to India on 12/12/2019 with a promise of 2-4 day deliver time. Parcel did not leave UK for over 6 days to my shock. I contacted parcel monkey to complain of my disappointment and requested urgent investigations as to why my parcel was still in UK. No action was taken. Tracked them started showing that parcel was in Poland. I have made numerous contacts/Complaints with parcel monkey asking staff for reasons of why it was in Poland. Staff were very evasive to provide answers or investigate the matter. I made further complaints and requested that senior members personally investigate as to what has gone wrong. Again, I was not given any truthful or useful information as to what happened to my parcel. I have requested parcel monkey staff to personally contact DPD to enquire and I am unsure as to whether they have followed up. I find the responses sent by staff very generic and not addressing the issue or helpful to my circumstances. I escalated my complaint to Poonam who introduced herself as customer care team lead. I found her extremely rude when she made me wait online chat for over 2.5 hours, of which for over 1 hour without any answer to my questions. She abruptly transferred chat to another person without communicating as to what was going on. I am very disappointed with her attitude and lack of professionalism when dealing with customers. I was shocked that senior managers of parcel monkey don’t have integrity or professionalism. I asked her to personally to locate the parcel and update me. I clearly explained that if parcel was lost or further delays I must make emergency expensive travel to overseas court as Original important court documents are lost by parcel monkey. She refused to help me or escalate the issue to her manager despite my several requests to her. She said she is the most senior member of customer care and that there was no1 above her. I have come to significant harm and disadvantage because of the delays from parcel service affecting my health. Also, failure of parcel monkey to investigate the issue on time, communicate the truth with their customer and humiliation by customer care team treatment of the issue resulted in severe mental torture, denial of basic customer rights and dignity. I still don’t know where the parcel is, whether it is lost and why there is such long delay in deliver of my crucial documents. I have requested for CEO escalation. Parcelmonkey refuse to escalate my complaint. How parcel monkey are dealing with this issue is simply cruel!! Thank you

An absolutely shocking level of Customer service Website says 3 working days for Euro Priority. 16 days later and no parcel delivery so son had no Christmas present at all. Nothing. Live Chat is useless - they have no authority over the couriers, just adopt a "wait and see" attitude. Customer email Helpline is even worse - they can barely write English and cannot answer simple questions like "how much time will you give the courier before you take action?" Apparently there are no quality or service standards in Parcel Monkey. Just a desire to take your money and wash their hands of you. I asked for a refund and was refused. DO NOT deal with this company. If anything goes wrong they will not help - you have simply thrown your money (and your parcel) away!

I had a parcel to send my relatives in Denmark for Christmas. When I went to the post office for a price it would have cost me over £30. I sent 1 small parcel via the post office on Friday the 13th December. The parcel I sent via parcel monkey wasnt posted until the 16th as I needed to print the labels. The parcel monkey parcel arrived in Denmark 19th December where as the post office parcel didnt arrive until the 23rd. In future I will be sending all parcel via parcel monkey as it was cheaper, faster, tracked and also insured! Fantastic highly recommend

ParcelMonkey helps us to spend less time finding the best savings on postage (we post worldwide). In the case that something goes wrong they are normally very helpful with dealing with the courier used. We have found that it is always best to check the courier companies website for information regarding labeling and packaging as they can differ to the advice PM give.

Parcel was driven to nearest post office (that HAD COLLECTIONS on Saturday) 12 miles away, it was there nice & early paperwork/receipt issued all good had paid for EXPRESS delivery...next day for deliveries was Monday, someone would be there to sign for it & get it hidden out of the way...what a shame delivery on Monday passed by with no sign of the expected parcel....it was in the system but not where it should have been. Tuesday morning it got taken to the address & by sheer luck someone was there to sign for it. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. I’m happy it got there only one day late but I’d have preferred it to get there at the arranged day & was charged for.
