Very poor company to deal with, lost my parcel through Parcel force, yet liability lies with Parcel Monkey. The parcel lost was rare and not replaceable. It was covered for its value at payment stage, yet parcel monkey will not pay for lost goods, only £20 carriage costs.. Youre better off paying a few quid more using companies direct, as at least youll get something back if lost or damaged.. Happy to take your cash, usual flash in the Pan business.

The last info on your tracker is from 4 days ago and there us nothing to suggest that it has even reached its country of destination.

Due to holiday I left clear instructions to collect the parcel at the concierge in our building. Much to my surprise after coming home from my holidays, the parcel is still at the reception. I checked my account and it stated that the parcel could not been collected as I was not home contrary to my advise to collect the parcel at the concierge. I left my phone number but there was no attempt to call this even experiencing some difficulties when collecting. Since then Parcel Force is coming every single day to collect parcels at the reception but they refuse to collect this one. PM7873656

Took a week for the courier to another couriers. Allow not a fault by Parcel Monkey, Customer service is really hard work, long delays between getting a response and they can’t really do anything to help! In future will book direct with the courier company and get a home collection!!

We use Parcel Monkey often for many different destinations, often overseas, and the service is prompt and competitive, except for the pallet service which is variable due to the carrier not turning up, but this is the only fly in the ointment, the rest is excellent.

Price paid for delivery between 3 to 4 days but it was delivered in 10 days. Also package was to be collected but no Dpd driver turned up so had to do a drop off instead. High cost paid for premium service but received slow service instead.

Excellent service. All Christmas presents delivered to one location in less than 24 hours. I use Parcel Monkey every year for this reason. It would have cost a fortune with Royal Mail.

I would give no stars if I could! Most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced, customer service is poor, might as well be a computer because the just send automatic/ general replies. Mostly not answering what you’ve asked. It took me 3 messages to get access to leave feedback! My parcel was not collected on FIVE occasions, were PM just rebooked when I let them know.. no reason a part from blaming the courier. Despite paying them for a service they don’t accept responsibility at all. I had to continuously chase PM to find out if it had been collected otherwise they would not of contacted me! My parcel was to be collected from a business and despite PM having their contact details the made me send them the label and have them print it on each of the 5 occasions. After all of that they cancelled it and told me they would refund me in 3-5 working days! Pathetic to say the least

The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 2 days but ended up taking 6. When it arrived the parcel was badly damaged and ripped open on one side.

Parcel arrived in 3 days from UK to Italy, a record during Christmas period. Nobody was home but they left it in a safe space and they even wrapped it in a bag to protect it from rain. Really, really impressed and grateful.

Parcel sent from USA on 9 Dec went through 13 States eventually arrived London on 20 Dec and has been stuck in London for 4 days. Tried to make contact with Parcel Monkey but it’s like Groundhog Day getting nowhere. So guess the parcel is LOST.

Parcel monkey reduced the price by a third, we print the label easily. However the parcel force service bought through them has been very bad, so I would not recommend parcel force. I bought the option to deliver my parcel in 3 to 5 days. We left the parcel at the post office on Saturday 14th and not only my parcel is very late, but it is also been delivered to the wrong delivery depot and today 24th they will send it (or they will try, at this point) to send it to the right delivery depot. I needed that parcel by the 23rd,which shouldnthave been a problem. Vey unsatisfied.
