A professional and efficient service from start to finish and my parcel arrived at its destination on time. This is the first time of using and will definitely recommend and use again.

Parcel Monkey youre the best!!
Great value for money. Parcel always collected (from my place of work) when Im told it will be. Just had a parcel delivered to my daughter in the French Alps from the UK...delivered in 3 days!! Amazing service especially as very close to Christmas and very very cheap too! Keep up the great work and Merry Christmas to you all ????☃️

A superb service provided this year again. Parcel collected Tues 17th Dec and delivered to San Francisco on Sunday 22nd.

Very poor service. Parcel still not delivered. Customer service is woeful. No phone number so you have to email - quick and meaningless response or use the Chatline which took 45minutes for anyone to respond and still gave a meaningless response "its out for delivery thats all we can say......" I dont think Parcel Monkey have any control over the couriers they use and are unable to offer any level of customer assistance when things go wrong. I wouldnt recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone - I wish I had gone straight to a courier like Parcelforce or Hermes, at least you can talk directly when things go wrong

Website very easy to navigate And a good arrange of prices. I selected 24hr delivery by Royal Mail but it was a day late - not really Parcel Monkey’s fault.

Good price. Tends to take 5 days rather than 3-4 but not bad UK to USA. It would be good to get message when its delivered rather than having to keep tracking.

Awful experience. I purchased the service required to send my parcel from the uk to Cyprus. I printed off the postage label provided by parcelmonkey. My parcel was collected from the pick ip point, where i was instructed to leave it. Only for parcelmonkey to forget to add the necessary label, before sending it onto cyprus. Therefore, the parcel was returned to my sending address, at a cost to me of £15! My family didnt get their presents for xmas. Parcelmonkey only gave me a small refund, even when it wasnt my fault, stating that it is written in the terms and conditions that only a partial refund will be offered. Only correspondence was through email, cause they dont provide a contact number, and there responses were of no use, very robotic! I had to contact dpd directly to get more information cause parcelmonkey wouldnt tell me anything. Waste of time and money. Parcelmonkey do not care. Wont be using again and i will not recommend them.

Package reached destination country within a week, but I was not told that Customs Charges would be levied on a gift. The young ladies I am sending the package to do not earn much money and it is difficult to pay the money levied by Thai Customs. If I had been alerted that this was a possibility, perhaps I could have paid an additional amount to cover potential customs charges. I have no expertise in customs charges and relied on Parcel Monkey to apprise me of any deviation from the norm when shipping a gift to a foreign country.

Very poor company to deal with, lost my parcel through Parcel force, yet liability lies with Parcel Monkey. The parcel lost was rare and not replaceable. It was covered for its value at payment stage, yet parcel monkey will not pay for lost goods, only £20 carriage costs.. Youre better off paying a few quid more using companies direct, as at least youll get something back if lost or damaged.. Happy to take your cash, usual flash in the Pan business.
