I booked an international service (UK to Poland) on 12 December - now it is 22 Dec and the parcel (booked with Parcel Force) still hasnt arrived. Unfortunately once the order is done, it is not possible to find out the approximate date of the delivery. The reply of customer service over the phone is that it will be within the time frame indicated at the booking, but theres not information about this in the confirmation email or in the account. The tracking option is not very helpful - the last information about the parcel was from 19 December. The latest update is that the parcel went to wrong delivery depot and will have to go back to the hub. Still no idea whether it will arrive before Christmas or not.

Didnt come and pickup my parcels because apparently their "pickup" service actually requires me to drop off the parcels. When I explained this to customer support they acted as if this was obvious and didnt help a bit

Paid for parcelforce 24 multi box service. Collected promptly, then remained out for delivery for 3 days. Parcel monkey customer service auto response states only open office hours, but they did respond at the weekend. Apart from an apology, I was advised 98-99% success rate for deliveries? Parcelforce about as helpful, advising only the actual customer can persue a late delivery claim. Apparently thats not me! I wont be using parcel monkey again.

I would discourage you to use this service. I called them and paid for pick up and collect of a brand new toilet vasin, thay have delivered the itema in an horrible status because they have broken the vasin during the transport and they did not provide any refund so I lost all the money. There is no way to discuss withthem overthe phone but only via chat and they did not deal with the issue they just said they will not refund for the damage they have caused. I will never use this broker service and you should not use it because they are not professional at all.

Excellent service, I have used several couriers but found that price wise and speed of delivery was very good by International Parcel Force.
Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Well you got the parcel picked up on time by DPD but tracking number still states that its on the van for delivery ( 22nd Dec) even though the company have emailed me to confirm delivery and i have been sent a screen shot of the Asian delivery record but with out the updated delivery details being completed Paypal wont refund me as it states not yet delivered.

They are okay. I was a disappointed choosing the Hermes service that there was no way to print a shipping label in store which I would have had if I had of gone to Hermes directly for virtually the same price. The label printing requirement just wasnt clearly described by Parcel Monkey. That delayed shipping by one day as I had to print the label off when I got home and revisit the drop off store. If I had of known in advance I would have selected a different service or gone direct with Hermes.

Parcel wasn’t collected on the day I booked it for. 2 days later still nothing so I rescheduled, 4 days later had to reschedule again. I am still waiting for it to be collected one week later and No sign. Customer service haven’t even been able to successfully reschedule my collection and they didn’t offer any kind of compensation. They refused to give me a refund and weren’t helpful in the slightest
