With other couriers Ive had some very varied experiences but Parcel Monkey have so-far never let me down. I mainly use their DHL service and theyve delivered many of the items Ive sold both on-time and undamaged.

I always had very good experiences with Parcel Monkey. Very good fees and fast delivery. This time although I find my experience very confusing. I shipped my Christmas parcel to Spain on the 20th of December and I got a message saying that I should expect my parcel to be delivered to the destination on the 23rd (very fast, I was thinking) Meanwhile is the 26th and no sign of my parcel, but I got another email asking me to review the company about how good was their service. This confused me even more, as I seem to no get any info about what happened with my parcel. Is holidays time and it might be just because of this. But anyhow, hope I ll have my parcel delivered eventually.

Always use Parcel Monkey to compare prices when sending parcels (eBay, returns, gifts) and find the service and results unfailingly helpful. Saves such a lot of time and shows up great deals (also means never have to queue in a post office again only to be charged exhorbitant price by Royal Mail!)..... highly recommend

Excellent service. Packet delivered within time scale and tracked too. Not just a passive tracking. Received texts explaining progress and time and signature of recipient. A fairly easy to use website compared with other carriers.

I have been waiting on a package that left America November 26th. It arrived your UK location on December 3rd and left your UK location on December 5th per the scan with the tracking number. I have messaged with you and emailed with you and all you say is the relevant agent will be in touch, we are waiting on information or its made it to the destination without ANY proof. That is if I can get someone to respond to me. I am the receiver and not the shipper. You have told the shipper that the package is in Taiwan, However, I have literally called Taiwan customs and Taiwan EMS multiple times daily for over a week now they assure me it has not arrived in TAIWAN AT ALL! They told me to have the shipper start an inquiry on the package which she did and you still have not provided any information that is relevant or helpful. I have also left a comment on your facebook wall hoping to get some movement on my package situation. I have been MORE than patient. After reading reviews on Facebook I am extremely concerned about my situation because it seems to be a theme with your company. Please provide proof of where my package has arrived in Taiwan and not just we are looking into this because that has proved to be false so far. PLEASE ACTUALLY HELP ME.

I originally paid for my Hermes to collect my parcel this was on Monday 16th December. Still waiting for it to be collected. So I went with parcel force and they collected when they said they would. I think parcel monkey is great but they should have contact numbers for companies they deal with as I am unable to get my money back as I can not get anyone
