Service appeared to be very good, but the provided customs documentation for returning a faulty item to a Chinese supplier was incorrect and the item has been stuck at Chinese customs for weeks now, which has delayed the refund !

Ordered 24 hour service, the parcel arrived a day late, it was time critical, and the deadline was missed. contacted parcel monkey and was fobbed off with terms this, clauses that etc etc. Fact of the matter is, with this company you DO NOT get the service you pay for, once they have your money, their attitude is go and whistle

We have a problem because we chose Parcelforce, thinking they were still connected with Royal Mail. They are not. Best avoid Parcwlforce going forwards

Three parcels were sent, all three didnt arrive and got lost or stuck. Never using this service again. It was Courier but i would never have used them if i had known what an appalling service they have. About 4 times they said theyd attempted deliveries when they didnt even leave a card or let me know, and when it was absolutely not true because we were all in at all those times.

Paid for 24 hour delivery and it took a week, it was around the holidays yes so times were busier but then why give 24 hour delivery as an option and charge more??? Not happy at all

I was surcharged for a parcel whose dimensions and weight did not correspond to the one I posted. Make sure you have photographic proof of weight and measurement before collection.

Im not sure whether I should complain about PM or DPD! But apparently the courier could not find the recipients address so the parcel was returned to me and I have been charged for it. The courier had the recipients email address and telephone number. The address is valid as I have sent parcels there via another courier previously. I am being penalised for the couriers incompetence. I have provided proof that the address is valid (previously used label and screenshot of delivery confirmation) yet still I am being charged for the return of the parcel and of course, no refund for the original service. I am losing out because DPD failed to provide the service I requested and paid for.
