Highly unsatisfactory Instructions unclear Fate / delivery not advised / confirmed Booking showed delivery within 4 days but after collection of parcel the delivery was advised to be on 10th day.

I am travelling every month from UK to Hungary and instead of buying luggage space on the aircraft i send all my things ahead with parcel monkey safely ,comfortably and way cheaper than with the airlines i could do.

Awful. Parcel Monkey dont collect on time, some times even a couple of days after. You need to chat with them and beg that they come.

The package has been dropped and the package and contents have been damaged. I have copies of pictures of the unopened damaged package and the damaged contents. I am waiting for an assessment of cost or replacement or if the damage can be repaired. Your delivery man must have known the package delivered was damaged. Please open a compensation claim for this delivery.

Wow! What a nightmare. Bought an expensive item through a reputable eBay seller in UK. Item was going to be sent to Australia, but it appears to be lost. Their following it up but its almost been a month now. Very disappointed.

Very good, user friendly website. Competetive prices when compared to other similar sites. My only niggle is they failed to alert the user selecting drop off services that the actual pick up time by the courier from the drop off might not fit with service, I missed the parcelforce pick up from my post office because I didnt know to check!

Very bad service. The person collecting the parcel took it without scanning it into the system .Then they lost the parcel. There was no tracking information. Instead of being helpful they kept saying it cant be found. Then someone collected the right parcel. But no one in the poarcel money office knew that they person had collected the right parcel. They basically are running a service where they dont take responsibility for anything and dont accept fault for anything and dont apologise for anything but do charge you as they please. They offer no customer service. They dont have a phone number. They wont call you no matter how serious or urgent the matter is and they have no clue of whats going on

First time ever using Parcel Monkey, and will defo use them again!
Easy to use, good guidance throughout and was able to track from A to B and therefore ensuring that someone was at the point of destination to sign for parcel - Great Service!
I messed up with regard to weight so was quickly informed of this and they would be charging me an additional cost - Happy with this, as I was notified in good time!

when your website clearly states book with 6 hours for collection today, Parcelforce never and I mean never turn up to collect until the next day or day after that, this has happened last 10 parcels, also your tracking numbers never get recognised by dx so how can I track it, ? oh yes by listening to dx own messages saying they will call me back and they never do, parcel monkey you need to lean on these people to give us , your clients a better service

I was very satisfied with the service, it went fast and my goods was perfectly safe.
I would like to suggest to not schedule pick up of delivery in midday (and this is not customers choice), as normal working class would have huge problem to attend. I am lucky enough to live close by work ????????♀️ But it’s just something I won’t understand, for whom this service suppose to be.

Ive used them quite a few times and without any issues. This time though i needed to send a parcel to the US that was only 400g. The system wouldnt let me do it as minimum was 1kg. 400g is £20. 1kg is £57. In the end i had to go direct to Royal Mail and use their system which worked pefectly. This needs fixing. I will however carry on using them in the future for heavier parcels.
