Dead easy to use, lots of choice, big savings on cost. I always ask the counter staff at the Post Office what they would have charged, sometimes the difference is very significant.

I have used this service 4 times now, always sent several very heavy parcels abroad. Service was excellent, delivery people super friendly and punctual, tracking of the parcels was easy, parcels were handled carefully and arrived in top condition. Would not use any other service!

Unacceptable and worrying experience. My package left my house in August and has been lost. I have been given various reasons but still don’t clearly know what has happened. It is December now and I am still trying to claim a refund for the money I paid and for my item. They are dragging their feet and constantly fabbing me off. Terrible customer service that acts polite but have no intention of actually doing anything- I feel I have been robbed.

Not happy with the service this time I dont usually have any problems sending parcels to Canada, but this time there was an additional charge of $95 which had to be paid by the recipient for import taxes and handling, before the parcel was released for delivery. I tried contacting Parcel Monkey to ask why it wasnt made clear, or why a private recipient was being charged, but I have yet to receive a reply .

Parcel force took 3 days only after me ringing up to collect the parcels x4 then it was on a 24 hour delivery and they did it on a 48 hour I’m not happy nor is the customer....

this is the second time this company has not delivered this parcel that I have paid for (twice!) and now they want me to pay another 18GBP actually to get it delivered back to me, that is outrageous! I have provided the correct address and a mobile number from the person who has stated they have been in all the time the supposed deliveries were but received no card, no call - NOTHING! This is absolutely disgusting service!!!

Please i have been taken around the block ..this company has informed me my parcel was returned late november We went Nd picked it up DPD carrier Items are missing and it has been repacked I have brought this to there attention and they will not respond in the manner they are supposed to.. I needd to knoe why iam not prrmitted to make a claim?? This has been goin on since August

I would strongly advise anyone NOT to book with this company as they are highly inefficient! They completely let me down with their service, they had absolutely no regard for me, as a customer and overall it was a terrible and unrewarding experience. They left me waiting all day for them to arrive (8am-6pm) with no regard for my time or responsibilities for that day. When I eventually managed to get in contact and get a response from parcel monkey via theyre live chat (my second time to attempt the live chat) they told me that the reason for failed collection was "failed collection: goods not ready" at 1:30pm, despite me waiting all day. When I asked why I wasnt informed about this so I could make alternative arrangements I was told drivers dont have work phones and cannot do that. Their communication system is atrocious, having not contacted me once all day to clarify the appointment. When I seeked help my only option was an online chat window or email which was not helpful whatsoever and there was no actual phone number to call. Overall it was a dissatisfactory experience with unprofessional conduct so I, as a customer, was unimpressed. Thanks

After all the previous reviews inspired by repeat passive abuse from Parcel Monkey, I have managed to get my package back, at my own expense and with no refund of the £58 I paid to have my parcel delivered. After they tried to charge me a further £20.99 to have my parcel returned too! The parcel has clearly been opened and the contents maliciously damaged beyond repair. I think this was done on purpose. The content is now worthless. God only knows what has happened. There is no way this could have been damaged like this without the package being opened, which by all accounts it was clear that has happened due to the ripped brown tape covered by clear tape. Parcel Monkey will not respond professionally or take responsibility for this. They will likely respond to this review to make it look good on here, but the reality is that they are imbeciles. I dont even want the money now. Just leaving them with their individual sad pathetic low standards as humans will be punishment enough for them all. Use Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force at your own risk. If only people came here before using them. Cycling courier would be quicker and cheaper. We are going to send out a mail to the marketing lists of the 4 companies we run which should reach over 1 million people in the UK. We will be asking them to forward that email on too and rewarding them with a discount to do so. That will cost them way more than £558.

I am utterly disgusted with the appalling excuse for "customer service", and the immoral practices used by this company. I made a claim for a damaged parcel, after my customer in the USA received part of their order in multiple pieces. The claim was for £75 - broken into £33 for the product, and £42 for postage and packaging costs (£39 to Parcel Monkey, £3 for packaging). I had also paid an additional fee to ensure that this parcel was fully insured for its contents full value in case of loss/damage. An investigation took place via Parcelforce, which both my customer and I had to provide a whole heap of information and photographic evidence for in support of the claim. As a result, Parcelforce contacted me to advise that they had approved the claim for the full value of £75, and to contact Parcel Monkey to receive the refund. Yet when I contacted Parcel Monkey, they offered me a "settlement offer" of only £33 compensation for the product value. I immediately rejected this, and tried to complain, but was ignored. When I tried to speak to their live chat, I was told that they couldnt speak to me about a claim, and that I had to reply on the support ticket, and wait for a response. Which I had done multiple times, with no reply. So I then took to Twitter to tweet Parcel Monkey expressing my dissatisfaction with their service, and requesting someone reply to my complaint on the ticket. All three tweets that I sent out were almost immediately reported to Twitter, and subsequently removed. And you wonder why you dont see any negative feedback about them on social media - its because they have every negative comment removed! After more messages, and having setup a second support ticket requesting Manager intervention, I finally got a reply from someone telling me that they would not pay out compensation on the shipping, as part of the order arrived undamaged - and therefore their service was deemed as successful... I argued this, and cited that if any part of the parcel arrives damaged, or not in the original condition that it was sent in, then their service is NOT deemed as successful, and therefore I would be entitled to a full refund of this service. I received a reply a while later stating that they have now paid compensation on the delivery, and to check the original claim thread... When I checked the thread, they had offered me £5 towards P&P... Again, I rejected this and sent another message, but again, was ignored. I had advised on multiple occasions throughout the day that I needed this to be resolved before 5pm, as that was my cut-off point for ordering in the replacement materials for this product for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery to ME - let alone to my customer. And despite this, 5pm came and went, and no response or appropriate refund offered. Having spoken to the Parcelforce claims department on the phone, they confirmed that they have paid Parcel Monkey the FULL £75 compensation requested on this claim, which means that they have kept this additional money to themselves, which is both immoral and theft. However unfortunately Parceforce cannot pay me directly for this, as the service was purchased via a 3rd party broker. So in essence, Parcel Monkey are their customer, and not me. I was really impressed with their initial prompt attention to my complaint, and swift initiation of their investigation with Parcelforce. As well as the quick action and claim approval provided by Parcelforce. Its such a shame that the customer service provided by Parcel Monkeys claims and complaints teams following this investigation have been so dire in comparison.

Got charged extra for my parcel allegedly being of greater volumetric weight. All parcel measurements and weight that I supplied to them were correct.The website implies that they sort out the volumetric weight for you - this is not the case. Unacceptable way of doing business and I wont be use them again. Avoid this website..

ParcelMonkey offer excellent 2 day service from England to France. in England, DPD picking up quickly and efficiently - problem is in France!!!
Parcel then given to Chronopost, DHL, or DPD who don’t bother trying to deliver then offer for it to be taken to post office. Thus a 4 day service- not 2!
Very stressful this end and a 12km drive to retrieve parcel. It’s the French parcel companies reason I have taken a star off! Sorry parcel monkey, get them to sort it out before you start losing customers.

I am really happy with the service that i received , but when the driver came to my front door, he was rude to me because of my Gender, because I am transgender he thought it was ok to smurck and snigger while picking up my parcel which was very important that I got to my niece in time for Christmas, plus it was delivered 24h hours later. Apart from that the service from cheeky monkey was just fine thank you,
I will be using cheeky monkey again.

Incorrect international Customs Paperwork Provided for my shipment. This has resulted in a significant delay in the receiving country. No communication from Parcel Monkey advising me of additional paperwork required. I only found out after calling the local courier to find out what is going on after Tracking information showed that local Customs had been aware of the shipment for 5 days. Avoid this company!
