Snapped a two inch slab of wave edged solid oak in half. No help. No customer service. Nobod to phone to actually talk to. Do yourself a favour , safer to send t on the back of a snail. Pathetic service, the delivery guys and girls wild have literally have had take an axe to this to break it.

I had a tricky relocate from UK to Italy. Parcel monkey did exactly what they said they would do with no fuss - all 13 assorted boxes, suitcases and bags safely collected, transported across Europe and delivered on time with no damage. Less than 1 week from booking to delivery - brilliant! Thank you, Monkey.

The service was AWFUL! Let me explain: Just keep in mind that when you use Parcel Monkey your contract is with PM not the courier and PM is responsible for sorting any problems out. I booked a collection on Parcel Monkey using DPD. Parcel was supposed have been collected Friday to be delivered in Canada the following Monday - Thursday. Parcel was not collected on Friday. Contacted Parcel Monkey to which I got the standard "We are deeply sorry bla bla bla" response and was reassured it would be collected on the Monday. Monday came and went no collection. Contacted PM - same copy and paste response reassuring me it would be collected on Tuesday. Tuesday DPD actually delivered to me and I tried to give the parcel to the DPD driver to which I was told "No Mate not on my system cant take it" Contacted PM again - Same copy and paste response reassuring me it would be collected on Wednesday. You guessed it Wednesday came and went still no collection. Thursday came and went and the magic DPD fairy still hadnt appeared. On the Friday I then used interpacel.com to book delivery with UPS which was CHEAPER, FASTER and got collected the very same day and delivered in Canada Monday. DPD has yet to even try and collect.... Now we will see if I get a refund...+ loss of income because of an irate customer...

Great site for getting comparison quotes. The only downside found was I couldn’t complete my account set up as there is an issue with the site accepting a persons age.

The average rating is mostly due to the fact that this was the first time I used the system. No doubt it will be easier next time. Cost is very reasonable. Since the item was sent to USA and hasnt yet arrived, cant give a final verdict.

Often received best price for shipping parcels outside UK, easy to use, probably could be faster to get you to the final payment page. The service that I used required a printer, that is also a bit annoying if you havent got one.

They did as advertised. I was able to send a parcel for Northern Ireland to Gothenburg via the post office for a fraction of going direct with Parcel Force. The parcel arrived within a week. Well done !

Arranging the parcel delivery through Parcel Monkey was easy. Unfortunately I chose DHL as the courier. They were utterly useless. Didn’t turn up when they said they would. Almost impossible to get through to on the phone. When finally spoke to them they agreed that the parcel would be picked up later that day but again failed to materialise. No apologies, no-one took responsibility for sorting it out, and no-one bothered to let me know what was going on. DHL finally picked up parcel a day late. Absolutely appalling customer service, do not use DHL.
