Aside from your initial email I have had no information from you regarding my parcel. I have tried to use your tracking service but it just said that there was no information available. In addition the pick up was delayed by 24 hours and I only found this out by accident as I contacted the pick up courrier. I have no idea where my parcel is

I paid extra insurance for my item and it arrived damaged £60 worth! Even though it was well packaged. I would NOT recommend.

You never collected the parcel on the day it was booked in for and no one got in touch. I had to chase it up two days later. Sorry sorry sorry is all I hear. Whats the point of booking in a day if you never collect it after confirming you will. You still havent collected it. BOO!

this is the second time this company has not delivered this parcel that I have paid for (twice!) and now they want me to pay another 18GBP actually to get it delivered back to me, that is outrageous! I have provided the correct address and a mobile number from the person who has stated they have been in all the time the supposed deliveries were but received no card, no call - NOTHING! This is absolutely disgusting service!!!

Lost my parcel and when you try it get in touch though there live chat they will ignore you, if you want real feedback on how bad they really are check there comments section on Facebook, avoid at all costs, worst service ever

OK Parcel Force still claim additional fees for what they are oversize parcels, without giving the dimensions they have recorded.
They never make a refund if the parcel is less than the booking size

Very impressed. £10 saving on my parcel verses Royal Mail. They parcel weighed 1.6kg but was worth £90. It was sent Parcelforce and was completely trackable. Definitely recommend. It is mail without paying for ‘Royal’

I used Parcel Monkey to submit some urgent documents for same day delivery at an embassy in London quite close to where I live. First they took it to Coventry. I tried to find out why and they were so rude and insulting on phone, refused to respond to several online queries and delivered three days later. I had to send same parcel through royal mail that evening and it was delivered next day at 1pm. This is the worst service ever and didnt get any apologies! I strongly advise against their services for any serious minded person

One happy customer, i have used Parcel Monkey for the past 4 years. I have only ever had one thing stolen out off my box,s is one bottle of perfume, . I still havent had anything returned back to me. But apart from that they are a good company to use.

I booked two urgent parcels to two different address... and it said that if i booked when i did, then the pick up would be next day for delivery the following day. The pick up didnt happen! And when i tried to find some help on the website, the only option i could find was to re book. I have rebooked for pick up tomorrow, but i am not convinced.... well see. This is very disappointing as i followed the instructions and could have booked a cheaper option if i didnt want the delivery to be speedy.

Not as good as parcel2go There are some great deals to be found here but I only use them for sending 30kg packages. Anything below that and parcel2go.com is my first go to website because you dont have to wait for up to half an hour to get your label like you do on parcel money - you can download it instantly! Great for saving time.

I paid for a collection, i waited at home all day! no one turned up. thats it. i wasted a whole day sitting in for someone to collect my package and no one bothered to show. the customer service team are not helpful. they cant track who they use, they dont have phones. You pay for something - you expect it to happen. Dont waste your time and money with this useless company.
