Good service no problems

Arranged a collection day and took time off work to wait all day, only to see on line that it stated “tried delivery, customer unavailable”! I didn’t go out all day! Complete lies and bad management! Parcel Force said they would ring and didn’t to rearrange, but came on the off chance the following day, fortunately someone was in!

Very Bad, Do not ever use them. Firstly they the service is very poor, no contact number only online chat unless. I need a answer and solution asap but got delayed three days. Then the packages got sent back to the uk and they ask me fro delivery charge for the return packages where I have to pay another £12 which is ridicules. DO NOT EVER USE THEM.

this is the second time this company has not delivered this parcel that I have paid for (twice!) and now they want me to pay another 15GBP to get it delivered back to me, that is outrageous! I have provided the correct address and a mobile number from the person who has stated they have been in all the time the supposed deliveries were but received no card, no call - NOTHING! This is absolutely disgusting service!!!

Paid for postage online. Entered the correct measurements and weight of the parcel which was a tube with a poster inside. Later received a message from Parcel Monkey to say that Parcelforce had recalculated the volume of the item and decided that it should be charged at a weight of 4.5kg. The original weight given was 1.5 kg so thats over double. Ridiculous for a tube with a poster inside. Parcel Monkey charged me an additional £6.50 which they just took out of my bank account and when I tried to find out how I could complain the website said complaints should be referred to the carrier. Fortunately, my bank refunded me the money as it was cheaper than doing a chargeback. I wont be using Parcel Monkey again - if theres a problem you cant speak to them and they push the problem to the carrier even though you have bought the service from them- and I will steer clear of Parcel Force as their prices are a rip-off compared with other carriers and I have had poor service sending other items. So beware of Parcel Monkey- they like to take your money but if theres a problem they will wash their hands of it and you wont be able to speak to them.

We have always found Parcel Monkey to be professional.
As they are just a broker, they arent involved in the delivery itself, but the goods have always been collected and delivered on time without a problem (we typically select Parcelforce as the courier from the available options).

So simple to use sent two parcels to my grandkids in Canada was the cheapest I found and only took six days plus could track parcels all the way purple monkey for me all the time now thanks

Late delivery again .2 days late on a next day service tried to open case with support centre but the site wont let me.no submit option on the form.il get a reply to this from parcel monkey to contact there support centre like i did on the last review i did but how can i do that when it wont let me.have i been blocked by them because ive complained in the past.i think its time to report them to watchdog and trading standards as there selling services that dont deliver on time.

Absolute joke. Booked Courier to collect 2 parcels through Parcel Monkey. Waited in all day and no collection. Trying to contact Parcel Monkey is a joke. I Tried to contact Courier to find out when they would collect and they just refer you back to Parcel Monkey. Save yourself the headache and time - Go to the post office.

Great service again my son got his parcel in time for Thanksgiving. May want to look at your tracking system though as my parcel said that it was still at the hub of destination being sorted but my son messaged me to say he had received it.

A parcel is supposedly being returned to me after I sent it over a month ago because apparently the local Chinese company used by DPD could not deliver the parcel unless they got in contact with me to get the recipient’s phone number. Which I had already given. As well as a clear, accurate and deliverable address. The story then changed from “it’s the wrong number” to “We called they didn’t answer” when I established that it was the right number. My number was provided but nobody bothered to call me. I got an email in Chinese that went straight to my junk folder. I have been waiting and asking constantly where my parcel is and when it is coming back as DPD keep telling me that I have to go through Parcel Monkey. There is only one thread and it is clear seeing as Ive asked a million times when I’m getting the parcel back that I know it is being sent back. After being held in customs apparently back iin London, tracking updated to “we could not deliver, contact sender”. So I emailed parcel monkey numerous times today to establish what has happened and why The parcel could not be delivered back. They said they would update me after it was held in customs but of course they did not. Never do. Writing back to me after all the stress and agg I’ve been throygh, through no fault of my own with an apparent update today to say “the update is that the item is being sent back” when I made a very specific quer and you can see clearly see through the thread of the conversation that this was established a long time ago and I’ve been asking constantly when it is coming back, what the issues are on it’s way back and where it is on its journey back is complete disregard, neglect and apathy. it’s extremely disrespectful. Gobsmacked and disgusted.

Irresponsible service. My parcel was returned as it had a prohibited item (acknowledging it was my fault). But Parcelmonkey has made a mess of returning it to me. Had to pay and then they sent it to the wrong address! Now after your mistake are you seriously telling me I have to pay again?
