Great service at a very reasonable price. My parcel was sent to Israel and including clearing customs arrived within the week. Excellent!

Great in every way, however an email saying the parcel has been received would of been great. When you click the link to track your parcel, it tells you. But I personally feel an email would be great.

Unfortunately this is the second time in a short period I have experienced a problem using Parcel Monkey. Ive been selling online and posting overseas for 18 years and had no damaged or lost items until I started using Parcel Monkey. First time a parcel was damaged but they refused to send me photos of the damage or return the item to me. No refund. I then decided to try them again as much cheaper than Parcelforce, however, again the parcel arrived smashed, photos were emailed to me from my customer and one side of the parcel was really damaged, looks like a very heavy parcel had been put on top of my box even though lots of fragile tape visible. As I send antiques I am not covered for damage, only loss. I wrap very well and as mentioned have not had any damaged or lost items prior to using Parcel Monkey. Make your own mind up but would say if posting a cheap jumper or similar then fine use them but would avoid if you can help it.

I booked a next day collection and delivery for a large item that needed to be back at a supplier. Was charged over £80 for the service. Told collection would be Friday and printed of the label for the box. Friday came and went, NOTHING happened. Then told the earliest they can now arrange collection is Tuesday, 1 day after the parcel should have been delivered. When i asked about compensation for the failure of the arrangement i was basically told to go forth and multiply!

Appalling service! I was billed additional charges as a result of Parcel Monkeys error and then received no assistance in resolving the issue. FYI, your credit card details are held by the company!

Absolutely shockingly bad. The parcel was never delivered, I never had any email to say there was a problem locating the address, although other couriers had managed to find it and I had to PAY AGAIN to get it back! Never again, absolutely rubbish service

Yes you have loads of 4/5 star reviews, But they do not count for anything if you can not deal with costumers who do not receive the correct service, so this would be a Zero star if I could ???? Parcel dropped off on the 12th, for a 4-6 day service to the USA, 14th at International Gateway, 23rd back at Hinkley, 23rd Back at International Gateway!!! 9 days still in the UK!! Case raised 22nd no response from unless I contacted you and each time, fobbed off with, were waiting on a reply form courier, we can only advise when we get new information etc etc 4 days with NO contact and NO information. 26th informed via courier parcel is on way back to me, saying I had requested it, I DID NOT!! Yet you did not even know that despite having your OWN tracking number!!! So how can you say there is no new information when their clearly is, nor can you tell me why this has happened, and you will not even tell me what will happen next as I am out of pocket by £680 and left with an item I do not want returned!! Thats if it actually turns up, as it didnt go where it was sent in the first place!! Yes things go wrong, but it is how you deal with them that counts, and as of now you have done nothing to deal with this. Again, you are lucky to receive even one star ????

** Don’t use these scammers ** I read the mixed reviews but decided to try them out given the good price and easy to use website. This was a mistake. The parcel was never collected nor tracked and I had to contact them to find out why, to which they sounded wholly unsurprised and totally unhelpful. In the end I had to make alternate arrangements and and am waiting for the refund to actually materialise. I believe this is some form of scam, so would advise others against using Parcel Monkey. Also note that many of the 5* reviews are brief and so I suspect may be fake, being submitted to counterbalance the 1* reviews submitted by real customers.

I booked a service last Sunday night to Australia. The website did everything even getting Customs document ready for printing. A text was sent on Monday morning telling me what time parcel would be picked up. As promised courier arrived at my place of work at 2.30pm to collect. My daughter received her parcel in Melbourne on Friday morning - amazing for the cost - under £25! She said the packaging was still perfect. Have already recommended Parcel Monkey to many others. Have used in the past to send stuff abroad - very pleased. Will be using again soon to send Christmas parcels. Thank you Parcel Monkey.

Parcel Monkey, I’m going to write you a 1 star review every day until someone contacts me IN PERSON via the email address that you have on my account. After you have emailed me, I will give you my phone number in New Zealand. You will then agree to call me during NEW ZEALAND business hours to discuss compensation for the stress, inconvenience and international phone calls caused by the 9 day loss of my shipment.
