Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

The 24 hour Parcel Force service was really late and they were very unhelpful on the phone.

Transit time seemed slightly longer as parcel was picked up Wednesday/Thursday from England and was only delivered on the following Monday. Service was good and affordable.

My parcel was very important and needed to be delivered on time but unfortunately my delivery was 4 days late without any explanation or apology. When I tried to contact them for some information/an explanation. There was no phone number to get a hold of them. My parcel got to its destination way too late Very sad and disappointing

Booked next day delivery and paid for a premium service, collected a day late, said it would be delivered on Saturday, 4 working days on still no delivery and they now tell me its damaged, No tracking info to keep my consignee updated, I work in logistics and know the tricks, I have been misled and told a pack of lies. This is the worst service I have ever had the misfortune of using and would advise anyone to avoid at all costs, they will not tell you the truth, they will happily take your money and then chuck your parcel in the corner!

pros easy to use website cons parcel was 3 days late and asked webchat if they would try and hurry it along. told it wasnt their job to deliver it and nothing they could do. frankly found them a little rude. all in all im sure if all goes smoothly they are great but if you have a problem dont expect much help
