Assuming everything goes well with your delivery (which depends on the courier and not ParcelMonkey who are merely a broker), then everything is OK. But once anything goes wrong with that delivery (or pickup) and you need to actually interact with ParcelMonkey, the experience immediately turns sour because their staff seem to be complete morons. If you post them a message with more than 1 question in it, they will answer just the first question they see and ignore all the others. Often, even the answer they provided doesnt actually answer your question. Given that responses will often take DAYS (despite the claim on their site that they will respond within 3 hours on business days), it quickly becomes REALLY frustrating to see an answer that youve been waiting days for finally arrive, only to be completely useless because the person who typed it up is a complete moron and totally missed the point of your query. I can only assume that the company is called ParcelMonkey because they actually have real monkeys replying to customer queries.

Arranged for a collection with Tuffnells today and they didnt show up. Very disappointed and have lost a sale. Cant reach the. By phone, have to wait for email reply. Bad experience

What can I say !! Just awesome , did exactly what they were asked to do when they were expected to do it ..collect and deliver a parcel , no getting lost , cant find the address, nobody was in when actually they were , and all the other excuses couriers use .....fantastic service

Ok overall Pros: Easy to compare prices and book, and competitive quotes too. Cons: My parcel arrived late (4 working days for a 48 hour service), and after contacting Parcelmonkey they just fobbed my off, saying it was delivered, and they ignored my request for delay compensation which I was entitled to.

We had quite good experience with Parcel Monkey. The initial process was easy to understand and do, just print off the label and post the parcel. Here, the only issue I found, that when you provide international delivery, the address should accept foreign characters too, otherwise it can end up somewhere else…The parcel was delivered in time, but the addressee didn`t expect it on that day based on the tracking site, noone let her know it was going to be delivered – it is still in the depot according to the track, days after delivery… Other than that I am happy with the service and will use Parcel Monkey again.

The package was picked up ok, but was delivered 2 days late. The tracking number did not work and the only way to communicate with parcel Monkey is by chat and email. The people dealing with the problem do not understand what they are doing. They sent to courier company back to pick up the items that were already picked up and were not able to provide me with any information as to where the package was, or even if the courier had it in their system. Not worth the worry, do yourself a favour and spend a bit more money and deal with the Organ Grinder not the monkey. While I am sure that there are many successful deliveries, it is only when there is a problem that you find out how good any company is.

I wrote a previous review warning people about this company. I got a response on the website from the company stating that I would receive compensation for my parcel however the company will not respond to me. They have not refunded me or compensated for the parcel that they lost. I just want to warn others because in my experience what is written on here by the company is not in anyway the truth or followed through on. I am still hoping they will do the right thing but I am losing hope as it has now been 3 months. It is looking like they are going to force me into legal action which I am still hoping to avoid.

delivered within 2 days from England to Germany. I was quoted £42.00 to send Royal Mail and you delivered it under £14. Big difference

Large heavy parcel was collected the following day and arrived safely in New Zealand a week later. Very easy website to use. Much cheaper than booking with the courier direct. Simple and easy process .. would recommend.
