Why have FALSE ADVERTISING when you offer different services for 2-3 days and 3-4 days but the parcel turns up a week later and even though you paid more for the quicker service they don’t acknowledge that they have mislead customers into thinking they are providing premium service. AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR A REFUND FOR THE DELAYED PARCEL THEY ACT LIKE ITS THE DELIVERY COMPANIES FAULT AND NOT THEM FOR LYING ON THE WEBSITE and quotes this stupid part of terms and condition which no one reads to try and avoid compensation. AVOID AT ALL COST! Use another courier OR another courierEXPRESS instead!

Smashed up the parcel. Not great ... Only cost me £18 and now whatever a return will cost. Cant find support for this anywhere - and then get the "how did we do" email - I know Parcel Monkey arent the ones actually delivering the parcel but tbh I dont care, they sold me the service the after sales support is shocking - the kicker is this isnt the first time. So it must be my fault.

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

What can i say let down again on next day delivery service .more than 4 days late.you try to send message about it but the support centre option is not working theve made it harder to send your message with there im not a robot verification.ive had at least 5 parcels deliverd late in the last few months .all pm do is blame couriers in the past.why offer next day if its not being deliverd on time.im not there customer im pm customer.there web site wont let me send my report a problem message.will use parcels 2 go in future i think

All the 5 star reviews are fake... It is plain to see. Parcel Monkey Stole £58 from me. Apparently my parcel was held by customs. But I was not allowed an opportunity to chase it just to told to wait and it will be returned. They have neglected the case for 3 months telling lies. I have screen shots of everything. I contacted Parcel Force who just refused responsibility even though they are the people who allegedly still have my £500 package 6 months later. I had to message and message and message to get any response. Then they blocked me from posting on the support thread. Then 6 weeks later they allowed me to again, apologized and allowed me to open a claim. They have simply ignored the claim and so now I must start legal proceedings against them. Very sad state of affairs. Luckily my lawyer believe he can prove damages past the value of the parcel in court. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Used a few times and appear decent, I was charged for a parcel not being as described (size & weight) without any prior notice which I depute as all are weighed and measured after packing but overall im happy

I’ve been using Parcelmonkey many times, always way cheaper thank booking directly with delivery companies and works as good.
I read negatives reviews but I never had a negative experience so far, 5 star for me and I’ll recommend highly this company!

I am disappointed with the lack of tracking information online and the delayed speed of my delivery.It was supposed to be 3-5 days and it will be 14 days when the projected date is fulfilled.

Really easy, inexpensive way to send parcels internationally. Much cheaper than checking in luggage at the airport. Would recommend!

My Brother sent urgent parcel to India. They sent through DPD and parcel is not arrived even after 10 days. DPD dont take calls as it is booked through parcelmonkey and parcelmonkey dont have good tracking system
