I dont know of they are a scam or its just something that happened to me. I paid £19 initially to send my parcel to India. They took my parcel and after 2 weeks they stated that too many delivery attempts were made and so I need to take the parcel away from them. To take my parcel back from them they charged me an extra £16. Aftter I got the parcel I saw that the parcel never even left UK as the custom invoice form was still stuck in the same place. If they really did attempt to deliver it to the address in India then there shouldnt have been any invoice form attached. I am sure atleast in My case the parcel monkey was a big scam. I would therefore suggest that customers avoid parcel monkey or use them as your last option, as who knows they may try the same nonsense with other customers as well.

My parcel which i insured was never delivered , after month of chasing it arrived all broken and few items missing , very bad customer service !! they takes ages to reply and then just advised : we will not compensate , just like that without any explanation ! BE AWARE !!!

Terrible. My parcel was severely damaged by the courier that handled ordering through Parcel Monkey. They wouldnt take any accountability whatsoever and insists not connecting me to the courier directly. When you order a shipment that cost me nearly £200, you dont expect it to arrive in a state that looks like its been smashed around and dropped from 10m height - keep in mind Ive purposely packed it extremely carefully as well since its an international shipment.

Booked parcel with pm parcel force to deliver it. Parcel force had severly damaged the box and the item. PM states they cant give compansation as I didnt pay for extra cover. If item was damaged but box in tact I would take resposabillty for damage but as pictures sent to parcel monkey clearly show the box looked like it had been thrown around. Holes as big as my hand a one edge of box was virtually destroyed. I went on chat and keep getting fobbed off with an apology and please wait for management to contact me. Im waiting and still waiting.

Exceptionally poor customer service. No telephone number and extremely difficult to even find their so called live chat function. Tried to send an international parcel, which never shipped and then I am having to chase my refund, several weeks on. Very poor. I would suggest you go straight to the main couriers and not use this intermediary until they get a solid customer service system in place. So far I have wasted £100. Buyer beware.

This parcel No 15501098088813 to China Postcode 214431 was booked for DPD 3-5days delivery service in West Sussex, UK. The parcel was dropped off at a local DPD Pickup shop on 03/10/2018. According to online tracking, DPD collected it from the shop on 04/10/2018, but the parcel was not delivered to the delivery address until 17/10/2018. Attempts to get Parcel Monkey to speed up the delivery service was unsatisfactory and some online tracking information seemed unreliable. For example on 17/10/2018, online tracking showed that the parcel could not be delivered whereas the recipient had been chasing the delivery operator since 09/10/2018 when it was marked as being at the local delivery depot. Parcel Monkey helpline said it was because of local holiday that the parcel could not be delivered on 17/10/2018. In fact there was no holiday, the parcel was actually delivered later on 17/10/2018.

Easy to quote my extremely large parcel (over 3m long).
Fair price with quick arrangement then no hassle whatsoever all the way through to it being collected and arriving at the destination.
Overall a great service and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

They say thay have a chat line I cant find it any where Sent e mail with 2 questions they only answered one. Seems they are only interested in turnover not customer service. Absloutely appaling wasted so much time and no conclusions

First time to use Parcel Monkey. I had to send a large and heavy box and they were the cheapest. The drop off was easy at a local shop and it was delivered very quickly.
I would definately consider using Parcel Monkey again.

I have used parcel Monkey for the past 4 years I would recommend them, but I have had one issues where they have opened one off my boxs And stolen one of my items, I wasnt aware that you couldnt send perfum, they had taken it out of the box with out even informing me, and after I tried to sort it , I was ignored on many occasions, there customer service are absolutely shocking. They dont even have a phone number, what kind of company works with out a phone number.
