Parcel monkey is really the best easiest way to send packages around the world. They are the best and best services and good options and prices. They give a chances to pick up prarcel if they missed to collect it first time then they come back day after and pick it up without any charges. Thanks for making the sending so good and easy.

Extremely poor service. The courier tried to contact me through them for extra details. They failed to notify me. Failed to respond to the courier. Failed to notify me again when I asked what exactly had gone wrong and lied to me by omitting their part in the fact that a shipment that was sent to China is now being sent all the way back, putting me outside of the returns window and losing me my refund of £240. I will NEVER use this company EVER again and will spread as far and wide as possible for other people to not use them.

Perfect - delivered parcel on time and the driver very kindly put it where my Mum wanted it as she has mobility problems. He was very helpful and kind which matters a lot.

Second time Ive used Parcel Monkey and this went just as well as the first. Both times I selected the Parcelforce 48 service. Booking process with Parcel Monkey is very straightforward, easy and quick, and the pricing is very reasonable. On both occasions Parcelforce have collected and delivered exactly as promised. Would definitely use again.

I posted my speakers with parcel monkey to chez republic ,they got picked up on time, delivered on time but the speakers are so damaged I am now in a dispute with the recipient ????

Very competitive price and OK to enter details, tho not as simple as ebay parcel service. Tracking only really occurred once delivered so hard to know if parcel was due or not. Am happy tho due to saving.

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

Am a previous customer whom has been ripped too pieces by this company I registered a parcel for insurance in case as it offered that facility My parcel cost 35 to send to cyprus which was august this year Still no joy...i get a resonse they say i can have my 35 pou ds Have i missed something??????? Having used Parcel Monkey before really disappointed that a parcel could not be delivered to a London address apparantly several attempts were made. I was not called to say there was a problem we had to chase our parcel which was sent back to the carrier and now we have been asked to pay more than the price we paid in the first place to have it returned to us!!!??? So far from impressed will not be using Parcel Monkey again in the future.

Please note that we are a price comparison site and there for relay information to the courier. I can see that our team have been in contact with in regards to your order, any further question on this matter they will be able to assist. Kind regards Jack Again no acceptance of poor service, PM are just sorry I’m disappointed. I do note that you’re a price compairson site, however the issue is that none of your couriers will accept communication about an issue with a collection or delivery. Therefore you move beyond just being a price compairsion site and are the courier service, irrespective of whether you carry out the collection or delivery. If you don’t want any correspondence with your customers - other than taking their money - over an issue, change your terms with the courier company’s so that they can provide reasoning and solutions to poor customer service. Missing a collection date by 5 days with no reason ever given is not acceptable, so don’t try to pass off PM’s responsibility when you are the sole point of contact for customers over their collection / delivery. Take responsibility for your service and please stop trying to make out that I’ve missunderstood your business model and am at fault in this process.

I had to chase up when the courier had not arrived for a collection on time only to find out that a driver had not even been allocated to the job and that I would have to wait an additional four hours - defeating the point of the urgent booking I had made.

I got a quote directly from the courier to send a parcel to the USA from London. The courier was more expensive than booking it directly via Parcel Monkey. And the parcel arrived in 3 days. Very happy
