Used for a heavy item that the post office quoted me £25 to send. Got it for £7 on Parcel Monkey for the same service. Shutl is still cheaper on eBay for smaller items though.

Looks like I am going to be £179.99 out of pocket due to this company. Simply put, they will do anything & everything to wiggle out of paying out for using a parcel company that damaged a shipment (Parcel Force) in transit. Extremely Angry is an understatement. I will now be at a loss of £179.99 (Cheers for that & right before Christmas) The only victim in these types of cases is the sender. The Companies you buy from cover the assets, The customer (which is only right) gets a refund. The Seller has to BATTLE to get any form of compensation. Which I gather will take months & months & months to process. If I get nowhere with my claim I will file a legal complaint with the financial ombudsman.

This is the first and probably the last time I will use Parcel Monkey, I have sent several requests for information regarding the package I have paid for to be sent from UK to Spain and so far all I know is it has been collected. Further more about the lack off communication, the Chat is laughable, call to be resolved in under 49 mins, really, couple of hours later still nothing!!!!! No where else to contact other that this .....3 days in and no information as to where or if my package will arrive.....

Once again Parcel Monkey has done what it said it would. The paperwork arrived within half an hour and was straight forward. As we had requested tracking we found that Parcel Force
Once again Parcel Monkey has done what it said it would. The paperwork arrived within the specified half an hour and was very clear. We booked tracking with Parcel Force and the parcel was picked up on time and tracked to the point where it left Britain on its way to Canada. It was then six days before Canada Post registered that it had arrived in Canada. After various trips to customs etc. they finally told us it will be delivered today. Unfortunately this seems to be typical of Canada Post as we have experienced this in the past. However we have nothing but praise for Parcel Monkey.

DO not use this company, they are awful. My package was not delivered to Slovenia by Etrak then told it was lost so opened a case. Mysteriously the item was found and sent back to Parcel Monkey saying that the carrier had made several attempts to deliver. This what not the case as the item did not leave the UK!!! Then Parcel Monkey told me I had to pay for the return back to me or the would dispose of the item.......they then returned but have not given a full refund quoting their terms and conditions. SCAM COMPANY and you can only deal online with their customer service DO NOT USE

Do not use this company, On numerous occasions parcels have not been collected on the date stated, they pass the book to the courier company wich is wrong as I have used a few courier companies with parcel monkey and have had the same issue. I have spoken to the courier companies direct who have confirmed that they had not received the order from parcel monkey. Parcel monkey will still insist that a parcel is being collected and to wait until 6pm knowing it will not be. When parcel monkey are questioned about this they say that they will rearrange for the next day as it is now out of their hands. They also ignore any questions regarding why an item was not collected even when theystill promised it will be. Most unhelpful company ever, all they are interested in is getting your money.

I ordered the next day delivery. Courier didnt come to collect the parcel on the day. Complaint to them in the early morning next day, can only arrange the following day collection. That means my parcel will only be delivered 3 days late. Thanks for wasting my time.

Reasonable price to send a laptop on a next day delivery. But had to wait in until almost 5.00 PM before Parcelforce collected the parcel. Most other carriers collect by 1.00 PM

They provided the worst service possible: 1. They collected the package late. 2. They lost the package. 3. They refused to pay the insurance. Avoid if you value you time and money. I am now taking them to court over this. I used them before for overseas shipping and they were great - just takes one bad experience to ruin it all.

Thought I would sell a few bits no longer needed. Only cheap little things and keeps me busy as Im recovering from cancer. Used parcel monkey to deliver three items over the course of 3 weeks. All wrapped measures done and weighing completed. I have regular physiotherapist appointments and went to one fri after tried to pay only to find out parcel monkey in there fantastic wisdom hed taken 3 payments of £52.60 total £153.80 from my card no warning or messages to let me know emails arrived after money was stolen from my card. Thanks for that fantastic service #parcelmonkeymoneythieves. You left me penniless. That money you stole was for my cancer treatment.thank you

I was amazed at the process from start to finish. I was worried because I didnt have a printer for the label but the Parcel Force posty brought one pre-printed. The cost was very reasonable and the service was efficient. What more could one want. Just brilliant! Thank you. :)

Sent a parcel to china with a 3-5 day service- then when tracked parcel one week later i saw it will arrive only 24th Oct - thats 3 WEEKS! Then I got an email saying they will charge my card another £2.69 because it was 0.5KG overweight which it was not! This is a real CHEAK! using my card without agreement! I will be watching my card statement carefully now and in future!

I must admit to being disappointed in the service from the communication point of view. I got an email almost immediately welcoming me and then another quickly confirming payment which added that I would receive an email within 30 mins seeing out what happens next, three days later I am still waiting for that email despite numerous emails and getting onto their chat line. The chat line states that the wait was 49 mins, well it was not until the next morning that I got a response. I managed to get in touch with the courier myself and the parcel has been collected. Otherwise so far so good just they need to sort out their communication, its very poor. also there is no telephone number presumably they dont want tons of calls, well if they communicate correctly they should not have tons of calls. I remember in the early days of the internet, one of the warnings of sites to be wary of were those that did not supply a telephone number!

Avoid using their pallet service. Id elected to use DX Freight, it took them over 7 days to collect the item, and PMs customer service is non existent as its all behind a chat on line feature, where the operators dont actually read your responses, and appear to just cut and paste standard company responses. PM wont accept any responsibility and push the fault onto the courier, but you cant challenge the courier despite waiting over 20 mins to speak to someone at DX (on a premium line), who cant help you as youve booked through Parcel Monkey, so your stuck in purgatory with no comeback.
