3 our of 4 times there was a problem, I used them 4 times. 2 times no pick up as scheduled, pick up finally 2 days late, the third shipment is still not delivered, materials needed for an event that is now already over and parcel still not found! I will not use them again.

i have used dpd service to collect the parcel from home the 17th sep 2018, no body came to collect the parcel when i called dpd they said parcel monkey driver will come and collect it but no one turned up. i waited the next day 18/09/2018 at last driver came and picked it up. item was delivered on time but i was unwillingly charged extra few days after the parcel was delivered. i was told that i had given the wrong dimensions and weight which is so wrong for them to say that, as it was measured and weighed twice in royal mail as initially i was going to use royal mail. i wrote a complaint to their so called managers email they sent with the claim, i havent received any reply. if this company is so good why dont they have phone number to contact they have been robbing people for years but i dont know why people fall for their fraud. i will never recommend this piece of sh...it company to anyone they are thieves.

Cheapest for Parcelforce, best ratio of insurance charge/ amount of charge between all online websites. Easy to use, quick responses, would recommend and use again.

very good prices, happy with service. Issues with only being able to contact Parcel Monkey through email. Very frustrating at times when it took 6-7 hours for a reply, for a simple bit of guidance and advice. If they can sort this out- and it seems to be the major complain then Parcel Monkey will be 5 star. Need to have people to talk with- Essential

Paid for next day and parcel was delayed, both parcel farce and Parcel monkey have refused to compensate, I will not be using either again, fool me once shame on you.....

If it was possible I would give them -10! Never ever again. The worse of this company , that it is set up the way their customers service does not care about outcome. They simply do not care, not to say more that they are doing things to make you pay more and have more difficult. In my case middle courier company requested to repack the parcel. I have instructed both the courier and PM to do it , and the courier was happy to do so for extra cost. But no, Parcel Monkey manager gave them instructions to return it to their warehouse. Why? I think just to make it awkward for me. Now it is 16 days and do not still know where it is and when it is going to be returned. It most awful service I have ever experienced. Stay away at any cost. Order collection directly from courier companies. I think they must have someone on the salary to wright all this 180k positive reviews. DO NOT USE IT EVER.

Never again!! I have waited in all morning to find a piece of paper though the door to say that collection could not be made. No one knocked or rang the bell. The driver was obviously in a hurry. I have tried to rearrange for next Friday (1 week on) but only to be told that this couldnt be done as its too far on. What an absolute joke of a company. I have now cancelled the collection. Lets see how the refund process goes!! DO NOT USE!!!

This was an awful experience. 1. They could not give a pick up window anything less the between 9-6pm 2. So cancelled the booking which they confirmed and booked with another courier who could guarantee morning pick up 3. They then collected anyway before the other courier arrived 4. Then failed to deliver the next day between the very wide window of 9-6pm so parcel not delivered until following Monday afternoon (therefore 3 days late) 5. Absolutely admant, unhelpful, unreasonable and very slow communication (across 2 weeks) and available online only with Customer Service (BRAD being the worst) to try to get refund. Refund refused so have paid two couriers now. 6. NEVER AGAIN - BEWARE

Being charged for a parcel that wasn’t picked up or delivered by Courier via Parcel .monkey. I actually took it to the Post Ffice and mailed it myself but am still awaiting my refund, with no word from them after numerous e-mails as to when it will be returned to me. Never again!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Parcel sent to Aus sat in a warehouse for weeks despite me chasing they give little or no info. Dpd the course asked for info and the request never passed on to me while I was asking for a reason why it hadn’t been delivered. Week and weeks of chasing. The parcel after two months return to me repacked and smashed and they wanted me or pay to have it returned. Now weeks of asking for a refund. Got a small amount compensation but no refund despite being prominent both!!! They’re now asking for card details even though they used them and they are sending me message saying if I don’t tell them what to do with the package they will destroy it after they have return it? But in fairness they did destroy it!!! Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and they don’t check their records. An Incompetent and appallingly farcical service’

I have used this service (Trakpak through Parcelmonkey, collection at an address of my choice) 3 times. It only worked the first time. The second time nobody turned up. Fine, it was snowing and the weather was awful, but the online chat support people refused to discuss the possibility that the courier may not turn up until after 6pm, by which point I had wasted an hour waiting around in a cafe outside my now locked workplace hoping the driver would eventually appear. I then walked home in the snow dragging the heavy parcel with me. The next day I was working from a different site and they refused to just change the delivery address, insisting I do a refund and then another order. I refused to do this as there was no guarantee that would not happen again. I was issued a refund, found a different courier, and was forced to ASK for an apology as none was provided. The replies I was getting from the chat were so standardised I was not actually sure I was talking to a real person half the time. Why did I decide to give this service another chance? Its the cheapest (for a reason), and I guess I thought the weather was mostly to blame. So I tried again. Nobody turned up, but in the evening I found a message on my account saying "collection missed as the parcel was not ready". What had actually happened was that the courier had driven to my workplace (which has a camera linked to the buzzer and a receptionist on site 8-5) around 10.30, and not tried to get in or contact me in any way. I had my phone on loud and nobody tried to call me. I then went on to reschedule the delivery for the following Monday. ParcelMonkey support did that no problem, but I could not leave a message to the driver as that would mean printing a new label which I did not have the chance to do. So I tried to ring Yodel, the actual couriers. They would not talk to me because, apparently, there was no name on the parcel and they would have been in breach of GDPR to discuss this with me (????). I got so fed up I cancelled again. On the Monday, Yodel turned up anyway - I didnt give them the parcel, as I was worried that once the cancellation would go through it would end up abandoned in a warehouse somewhere before getting to its destination. I am regretting that now. Again, no apology from ParcelMonkey, and one week later my parcel is still sat here, and my refund is nowhere to be seen. Will never use one of these services again, and will have to pay extra to drop them off at a collection point myself, to save me the incredible amount of fuss, stress and hassle. Shambolic.

I trusted Parcel Monkey to book a parcel with Parcelforce Worldwide to the USA. The parcel arrived in the USA and delivery attempted by USPS, PFWs US partner but was never collected and should have been returned to us. It has gone missing in August and any attempt to open a claim for the lost item has been blocked by Parcel Monkey at every turn, with excuses ranging from non-communication from the carrier to "its being processed for return". No, it is lost, USPS have admitted they dont know where it is. Parcel Money refuse to open a claim with Parcelforce so I have no option by to take Parcel Monkey to court for the cost of the lost parcel. Do not use them if you value your sanity or want to be given the run around for weeks and weeks.
