I paid for a next day delivery courier, using parcel force. They collected late 13.40 (should have been before 12) on Tuesday then the parcel did not arrive until Thursday 9.30am. So I did not have it in time for meeting - very frustrating and disappointed. Even though it was tracked I did not hear anything until it came to depot at 02.40am on Thursday morning!

Ghastly. Collected a day late. Then sent another courier to collect after it had already gone. This does not install confidence. So called live chat was slow, poor and ultimately pointless. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously or acted upon I was fobbed off with meaningless and insincere apologies. I am also sure that delivery took longer than Id been told but am too angry to check. Now I have had an additional fee taken off my debit card and just an email saying that this has been done. Rude. I will of course NEVER be using this outfit again!!!

The worst customer service parcel delayed by three weeks and I still havent received yet , the saved my bank details and charged me for another £100 they said Courier invoices them for it I contacted Courier and they said we didnt not invoice them , and know they said they will not refund the money they stole and now four weeks and still didnt received my parcel and they ignoring me avoid this shifty service avoid they dont care and check your bank account they keep taking money

I use Parcel Monkey a lot for getting the best delivery service at the best price. All the options are laid out in a simple to understand list. Postage and address labels details are emails with clear instructions.

Absolutely no problem with Parcel monkeys system but disappointed that there was no parcel tracking with DPD. Very important when youre sending a parcel to Australia

Really easy website to use and a transparent cost comparison. Only problem was not having anyone to contact re the pick up time for my parcel and I was therefore given a 10 hour window between 8am and 6pm.
