They let me down twice big time. My parcel was due for collection on Friday 10 August, they didnt bother to turn up. Then I was rescheduled for Monday, then for Tuesday and it still wasnt collected for shipment. I had to cancel and I hope I get my money back.

Very happy on this occasion. Have been using ParcelMonkey for serveral years now. Most send from the UK to Germany and Austria. Will definitely use again.

Parcel monkey charged me a £52 admin charge for a supposedly overweight parcel. Despite sending proof of the parcel’s weight they have not refunded the charge. Will never use parcel monkey again

Not impressed at all I filled in all the information required on the site by you. Shipper had still held the package 5 days as they didnt have a senders middle name. It wasnt asked on your site. They didnt contact me I had to contact them to find that out Paid £155 for a 2day delivery for a holiday item thats still in transit 6 days later and 3days away

super bad service. The item which was delivered was not what I have posted. I have sent a 28 kg suitcase full of clothes and what was developed was a food blender ! huge difference right! wont use the service agine or recommend it to anyone at all.

AVIOD USING THIS COMPANY AND ITS SERVICES!!!!!# This company state that the are not responsible for the courier turning up to five days late on a same day collection because it is hidden in there terms and conditions. They have no idea whether a collection has happen or not!! They simply say it is not our thought, But under English law they have breached the essence of the contract, where time is of the essence since they stated a collection time. If I had not personally chased City Sprint (the people the get to move the parcel) it would still be outstanding!!! DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A DECIENT SERVICE!!!!!

Driver showed up without room in his van for my bike, despite the weight and dimensions being provided on the site. Even so, collection was rearranged for later that day and delivery was prompt. All in all a reasonably painless experience.

Greatly Impressed!
I am very impressed with Parcel Monkeys service and am so glad I found them! I will use them again and recommend them unconditionally! I ordered a rollator for my aged parent, who has extreme difficulty in walking abd lives overseas.
Athough I knew the measurements of the apparatus, and had accordingly bought an oversized travelling suitcase to take it, I inadvertently bought a rollator that did not good so when it was delivered I could not fit it in the suitcase!
I was leaving within two days and was disappointed I could not take the rollator with me. I looked online at delivery companies and the delivery prices were double and even quadruple the price of the rollator!
I gave up but an hour later returned to search again and came across Parcel Monkey who managed to get me a quote less than half of what I had found previously AND arranged for the company to pick up the rollator the next day which was ideal.
Everything ran smoothly and the rollator was delivered promptly.
Im extremely happy and Impressed!

Parcel monkey are useless. I have a parcel booked on their priority same day collection. Its nearly a week later and its still in my house. There is no communication between parcel monkey and their couriers.

I had problems trying to arrange collection of a large heavy parcel with other courier companies but as soon as I contacted parcel monkeys I received excellent attention and within a few hours my parcel was collected with no problems by a very polite courier driver

Package went missing for weeks, then finally turned up. For UK it seems ok, but internationally, so much seems to go wrong! Bad communication between couriers is really the main reason. Parcelgo seems cheapest now.

Seemed so perfect; great price, reputable courier, easy to arrange and then it went downhill. Turned out that the parcel was collected but the tracking wasnt activated - the 24 hour delivery window seems useless if you dont know your valuable parcel has been picked up. Online help wasnt much better- took 3 attempts before they could get anything, and the advisor would type then stop and not reply for some 5 mins.
