Rubbish...paid for insurance, however, it didn’t cover the item when it got damaged in transit. When you look at the list of things not covered by the insurance you wonder why they bother having it....it would have been better listing what the do cover as the list is so long. I am now £30.00 pounds out of pocket and have a broken computer that is now worthless. Won’t be using you again.

This is my first experience of Parcel Monkey and it has been terrible. My parcel was collected the day after it was supposed to be and has now been lost. The carrier (Tuffnells) dont know where it is and Parcel Monkey have not assisted other than pass on our query to Tuffnells. I have requested Parcel Monkey to initiate the insurance claim but nothing is forthcoming yet. They have not replied promptly. I feel like im spending hours contacting the supplier, Tuffnells and Parcel Monkey but no one is bothered. I will never use this service again.

I have being using parcel monkey for over 6 months. I have found that they are much cheaper than other comparison websites.
They customer service is second to none. I had a problem with a particular courier which the parcel monkey customer service team dealt with the same day.

Absolutely shocking. No customer service whatsoever. Waiting two days and no collection. Now told it will be in two days time. What a disgrace. How do they get to remain in business when they are so shocking. Never ever use them. They are horrific.

Collection of parcel was supposed to be Monday 4th June, no one came to collect so had to reaarange collection for Thursday 7th June, which caused a delay in customer receiving samples.

I sent a parcel through with parcel monkey for the first time and it was a a lovely experience. Parcel was received on Friday and y family back home(Nigeria) received it on Thursday. Swift delivery.

Normally good service. Dont pay insurance youll get NOTHING. My parcel was DROPPED on one corner damaging contents beyond repair.Their answer. WRONG SIZE BUBBLE WRAP. Will ship in WW 2 ammunition box in future. Disgusted.

Comparison feature seemed good, but then Parcel Monkey become an unnecessary and ineffective middle-man, so my advice is to get the comparison, then just go direct to the supplier yourself. I paid a high rate to order a collect and deliver service with next day and additional insurance. Tracking reference never worked. The goods were not collected next day, or the day after, and when I queried it, Parcel Monkey only rebooked it for the following day, now three days after ordering a next day service. So, as they are just a middle man, it appears theres no chance of a reduced fee (at my request, seeing as its no longer "NEXT DAY") because I assume they only take a referral fee. Even after rebooking, the tracking reference does not work, so I lost faith as they still couldnt guarantee the goods would be collected next day, as they "have no access to driver location". Full refund has been promised, in writing, but with 3-5 working days to process, in this day and age of faster online payments (I paid them instantly).... Remains to be seen if they can keep to a drawn out deadline like this, one they are entirely in charge of, to try and redeem themselves...

International Postage to Dubai using Parcel Force - could have been a bit quicker as for the price you pay for a small 100grams package is quite expensive. Overall experience from Parcel Monkey is smooth. easy to send.

If I could 0 star this company I would. Quick summary because I cant be bothered to rant again but honestly the service provided has been ABSOLUTELY appalling: - Collection was delayed with no communication - Delivery was lost on en route with no communication to advise - As a result delivery took 4 weeks rather than 5-6 days as advised when booking parcel - 0% compensation for the failure of the service quoted and paid for - Service using the online portal was appalling, agents were simply copy and pasting standard responses to in depth queries - Item arrived and when opened the packaging an expensive item is broken (which was insured) - Package was clearly mishandled, corner of the box is caved in and pictures to prove this were provided when requested. - Claims department refuse my request against the insurance because You cant prove you own it without a receipt - the item was gifted to me a few years ago so obviously I dont have a receipt! - I have since got this item repaired and in response to me sending the repair receipt for consideration for reimbursement they had the audacity to just CLOSE THE SUPPORT TICKET without any further communication advising me I can no longer make any claims against this item. I honestly believe you can tell a lot about a business on how they treat the customers when the service fails, which it inevitably does regardless of what business you run, and I would never use this organisation ever again because of how shockingly bad their service has been! I will never be recommending anyone to use their service as a result and only a full reversal of their service up to this point which includes a full apology for the way they have treated me (a paying customer), a full refund for the shipping AND reimbursement of the cost to repair to my item could even start to make me change my mind.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING!!! Not only was a paid shipping label never provided, the customer service people refused to provide a refund. "Support ticket" messages are ignored. Based on other reviews, I am not the only person who has had this experience.

I had to rearrange 3 collections 2 times and nobody arrived. When I called dpd they told me they did not have any collections from parcelmonkey scheduled on those days. My customers were unhappy. This caused serious problems I had to canell them and order on another courier.
