No phone call, no txt message, no email ...and I have to log onto your website to know thst my parcel was delivered to someone else...but not to me.* tracking indicates delivered on the 14/06/2018 at 13:33pm but not to me or to the receipient indicated on the label. Very poor service,not happy at all.

Waited home whole day. parcel guy didn’t call me when he arrive, I had to check the tracker myself in order to find out he has already been my place but didn’t try to call me or pick up my luggage. It’s a shame that when they ask you for your phone number and never calls you, I wonder why we had to give our telephone number in first case. It was terrible service after all, I had to keep my luggage at a storage room next days since I was leaving the country that night, this costs me a lot of money and time. Plus, when I ask for refund, they claim that “driver suppose not to call you”. So I should wait outside my hall until he comes? It doesn’t even give a specific time when driver was going to be here. It was a unbelievable service and will never use it again!

Terrible service, i would advise everybody to rethink their courier choice! I booked a collection of an item and paid for next day collection and fast shipping. They collected the parcel after 4 days of me paying for for it. The whole time their “support” was absolutely useless. After dinally collecting the parcel they sent it to the wrong delivery depot and had to return it then send it again.. so from next day delivery (which also costs more) it became 5 days delivery. When i asked for a compensation for the huge delays i was told this will be passed to the “refunds team”, which i am sure does not exist as I’ve been told that 3 times now and no one has contacted me or issued a refund. They used to be decent in the past but i would strongly suggest to avoid them if you don’t want headaches.

The tracking now shows that my parcel has not arrived in Singapore and is coming back to Aberdeen. It looks as if it didnt even leave the UK. This is for my grandsons birthday. I paid for it to be delivered in 2-3 days, 10 days ago. His little face will be so sad when he finds out that his Gran hasnt sent him a parcel:-(

So far seems to be ok. The pick up last Friday was later than I had hoped - I know pick up could be anywhere from 8am to 6pm, but my pick up wasnt until 3pm, and Id hoped it would be a morning pick up since Im in central London. I thought the delivery would be 5- 7 days, and today is day 7. I can see my boxes are in the delivery country, but so far they are not at the destination. I would really like the option to choose a morning or afternoon pick up, so I dont have to spend the entire day in the home waiting - I have to do child pick ups etc. The men who came for pick up were very nice, and polite.

I have sent several parcels to New Zealand to my son and his family, and on every occasion I have after delivery received an additional charge because my weight and measurements have been (wrong)????. This is not acceptable when their courier states that the weight is actually treble what I have stated. I have no way of confirming this, and cannot see the evidence of this. Very Very POOR. Not Happy and will not use them ever again. Roy Shury.

Very simple and easy to use. Collection of parcel was straightforward and quick. I used Parcel Monkey to send a metal antique sign from my business to Connecticut, USA. It was so much easier than I thought it would be, a lot cheaper too! I would recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone who wants to send parcels overseas with ease.

Did not collect package which was left at front door as instructed. Important package to go that day to be delivered the next day. No response to many phone calls to find out about package. Then point blank refusal to rectify or refund payment when I had to send by royal mail for next day delivery. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service - picked my parcel up on time and delivered to correct address ! Bonus was the service I used via Parcel Monkey was cheaper than either Royal Mail or Parcelforce - job’s a goodun ! ????????

After dismantling my item because it was a babys trampoline i put the correct dimentions in and they refused to let me send or print my label even after paying for it and wanting to drop it of myself because they refused to belive the dimensions of the item were correct because i had dismantled it. Also on the same day refused two other small DPD items because of this and my account has been suspended. I would not use this service if you dont have to. Also over priced compared to the new websites i have found today

this company is the worst company i have ever dealt with, i have sent lots of parcel and several times my parcel has been incomplete or lost by this company. they do not accept any responsibility and have a disgraceful attitude. recently they delivered my last parcel to the wrong country. they told me themselves, however not only do they refuse to compensate me for the value of the parcel, they also refuse to refund the postage costs.definitely avoid this company.

Booked it on the system at 9.20am for a collection that day but booking wasnt passed onto parcel force until 4.15pm so collection was a day late

The Parcel wasnt picked up on the day specified. When I rang UK Mail they said they had been to collect and hour earlier than the allocated time slot. I was in (but didnt hear them) and they left no calling card (did they come?). UK Mail requested an urgent pick up before 8pm. They didnt arrive. All in all, I waited in from 2.30pm-8pm. The UK Mail phone helpline was nice and helpful... but didnt help. They arrived the following morning (more time off work) and then the service went smoothly.

No trcaking info available. Note received that parcel had been delivered to my UK address instead of my Bahrain adress before it was actually delivered to Bahrain. Marks out of ten on this one would be 0. Luckily parcel arrived in Bahrain. If it hadnt, I would have been devistated. You noreally do a great job. Not sure what happened this time. Will have to think carefully if Im going to choose DPS for my next parcEl. À
