An excellent door to door service.

Posted our parcel on the 6th November and have tried to use the tracking facility but it has no updates! The site was easy to use and collection was easy but the lack of tracking information is disappointing.

The pick up point couldnt have been simpler and I believe the package arrived in good order.
I had expected the delivery to have been earlier than Tuesday of the following week as I sent it on the Friday

Von 3 Koffern, die mein Sohn 2016 aus England nach Deutschland mit Parcel Monkey verschickt hat, sind nur 2 in Deutschland angekommen. Für den 3. Koffer gab es keine Entschädigung. Wichtige persönliche Werte sind für immer verloren. Nie wieder!!

Unprofessional. Stuck in transit for 10 days. Rubbish customer service sent an urgent overseas documents to India using DPD 3 days service. Its been 10 days now and the status shows "in Transit". Customer service is useless, keeps redirecting to parcel monkey. Parcel monkey has no clue where the parcel is. Ludicrous at best. Avoid it like a plague.

Sending parcels to Qatar is not always easy, but I was given several options by Parcel Monkey. Regular tracking information was available and the parcel was delivered safe and secure 5 days after being collected in the UK

They have no clue of what is happening - poor responses such as we will check with the courier company and get back after 24 hours - what kind of tracking Signed up for a 4-6 days international courier - 15 days later they still dont know what is happening. I connected with their International partner used in destination country who also never responds. Overall a sham - not reliable - not responsive not in control of the process. I paid for a 4-6 days service and their customer service keeps telling me 15 days service??? why charge a premium then?? PM5852819 thats my tracking number in case someone is reading from Parcel Monkey. Every time you are chatting with one person another one comes on and then picks up mid way like a robot giving standard answers. They also switch off to the chat when they cant answer.DONT USE THESE AGGREGATORS - JUST GO FOR COURIER COMPANIES IF YOU HAVE A TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENT. I also suspect they have fake bloggers giving them positive reviews on websites

I got no confirmation email for the delivery. Apparently they turned up on the same day I booked it which was late morning but my husband was I and no one knocked and no one contacted me to say they attempted delivery. I got no log on password or delivery number. I had to register on my work address just to contact someone as you cant make a query without a log on. I gave them my email address, they then replied asking for my email address (?????). It then took countless emailing back and forth, cant collect today as it is too late to refresh the system and dont do weekend collections. Nightmare and will not use again. Felt happy to take my money but couldnt care about collecting.

In the end, I had to go and pick my parcel up myself from the other side of town. This was pretty inconvenient.

First my parcel got lost, then they claimed they attempted to deliver, but after watching cctv the van pulled up to the address then pulled off. as they are just an agent, you cant actually speak to the dispatch company. You have to go through parcel monkeys **** chat and they dont want to help. This was just one experience with them, all in all Ive had 5 deliveries messed up by them. Yes they are cheap and when all goes to plan great. But if there is an issue, communication is terrible to non-existent. Ive lost money and customers to them without even an apology let alone compensation. Basically they are a bunch of monkeys

I do not know if my parcel arrived, would not let me track it or anything, am waiting for an e-mail from the receiver, to see if it got there? Not to happy at the moment.

This is the first time we (as a company) have used parcel monkey. We sent 5 x boxes to Northern Ireland, they arrived altogether intact next day.
We were kept informed of the progress regarding delivery.
Would use again.

I am disappointed with their service for 2 reasons. Firstly, the customer service is poor with no one to talk to, their text messages do not address my issues with conflicting messages. Secondly, the terms and conditions are confusing, unclear. I tried to send a mobile phone with unremovable battery. They refused to send it as they said it contained prohibited battery. Not only did I lose the fee without getting the service, I was also asked to pay additional fee for it to be returned. The prohibited list included mobile phone more than £250, via DPD AIR. Mine is not more than the value and ther service I chose was DPD PICKUP EXPRESS, did not include the word AIR even if it could be via air. I did not check if the battery was in the prohibted list as my battery is part of the phone, not removable by a consumer. It is unfair to expect an ordinary customer to check if every part of the phone is allowed or not.

Really disappointed with ParcelMonkey. Having used them quite a bit in the past, the last two times Ive booked collections they have taken 3 DAYS to make the collection despite having booked a 24hr next day service. Nobody from ParcelMonkey has been able to give me any indication of why there has been such a delay or any compensation for the days spent waiting. The current parcel i have waiting to be collected has been sitting for collection for 2 days now with no indication from ParcelMonkey that it will be collected at all. I have totally lost faith and will not be using them again.

Parcelforce broke my package . Ended up costing me £20 and I lost my monitor and had to refund he buyer. Absolute joke.

I have booked several collections. In the majority of cases, the courier didnt show up to pick up the parcel. Parcel Monkeys response? None, really. They cant get in touch with the courier and neither can you so all there is left to do is to reschedule the collection. Forget using this service unless you can afford to stay at home several days per collection, never knowing wether they will show up or not.

Great service. My parcel got to the destination on time. It contained my wedding dress so I opted for insurance up to the value of the dress and this service offered the best price for the insurance cost. Would recomment and use again!
