This is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey and I must say I am very impressed. Excellent service, easy to use website. Parcel was picked up midday and delivered next morning. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Insurance - Non payout When i claimed for a bladly damaged parcel I was made to go through a 3 week process before they finally denied the claim as the initial submission was a day late. The damage to the item has affected my business and reputation. The parcelmonkey responses were generic and my claim was not reviewed adequately.

It has been very good so far ,many different options and different prices to suggest ,ParcelMonkeys own service is very fast but bit expensive I was so happy so far the only reason I dont give 5 stars is despite of very good communication tracking system has problem and every time you need to go back to costumer service and ask "where is my parcel now?"
There is no hidden charge as I have seen in other similar sites. Thanks

Terrible experience. Pickup times between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Two days of sitting around and waiting for a pickup. Twice rescheduled and no one shows. Finally the company just decided to cancel my shipment as it had been 5 days since I ordered the courier service. My advice, go straight to the big shippers (Courier, UPS, etc) and dont waste your time with useless brokers such as this.

Failed to collect. Despite me contacting them to tell them the link THEY had sent me showed that the collection was cancelled they insisted this was not the case and that the parcel would be collected in the next 2 hours. People waited in vain. No collection. No apology. No explanation. No compensation. Dreadful service. Avoid like the plague.

The service was cheap, easy, straight forward and timely. I paid less than £22 to send a parcel from the UK to Nigeria (it is amazing), and it was delivered in 7 days.

1 star as I can not give 0 Parcel has not turned up , They tell me it is my job to obtain proof it is lost Honestly , they dont give a damn and repeat themselves like a broken record. If they are paid to deliver something and collect it surely it is their responsibilty ?????????????

Unable to manage a straightforward collection; Unable to notify the customer if they make a mistake; Unable to answer simple questions; Unable to speak to them. Clearly their process is susceptible to errors which their program & business model is not developed to handle. Just go to the real companies like Courier or FedEx. You might pay a few $ more, or you might save a lot more, but in any case the buck stops with them.

+The pickup was done as scheduled. - the sticker for the parcel was sent by email after collection of the parcel - no information given about the transport company, so it was a surprise to see DHL collecting the parcel - no follow up from Parcel Monkey - no proper information for the custom procedure at destination

Managed the website which had been recommended by a friend, without to much trouble. The only problem I had was getting a password so that I could check the progress of the parcel, somehow I had missed the opportunity to set one during the registration process.
The parcel was delivered ahead of estimated time to a rural part of France and delivered to the door much to the amazement of the recipient!

Parcel Monkey charged half the price of going to Parcelforce direct to send my package to Finland. I sent my package last Monday afternoon and it arrived in Finland today (Monday morning). Im very happy happy with Parcel Monkey indeed!

Prepared parcel as described. Went to post office as listed on website. Barcode was not able to be scanned. Got in touch with customer services, quick response but absolutely useless. I was suggested to go to a different post office - I did explain that the next post office would be another 15/20min and I find that unreasonable. Did not get any alternative answer or effort. Quite poor service as lack of trying to find a solution!

I cannot fault the online booking process but have experienced several failed collections which have had to be re-scheduled to the following day. This is very frustrating when you are trying to deliver to deadlines. The email support (no phone support is available) is not very useful with lots of apologies but no actual explanation of what went wrong!
