Booked DHL collection, which didnt turn up for three straight days. On each occasion I emailed Parcel Monkey and they sent me a new label within minutes, even late at night. So good customer service but at the end of the day I still have the parcel sitting in my hallway.

I would recommend Parcel Monkey my parcel arrived in the time given. Easy to use had no problem. I will be using Parcel Monkey every time I’m sending a parcel a board.

PM 10108941 Collected from UK CM12 0NF on 7 December. Received in USA 10504 by having to collect from Depot on 16 December. Will not use Parcel Monkey again

Excellent service and delivered well within timescales. The only thing really is it would be good If I was given a morning or afternoon collection time, but would use again.

PM used parcel force for my delivery. Arrived at London South East late but seemingly intact. Day or so later still at the sorting office but suddenly damaged but repaired. New boxed used but when received by the recipient the most expensive item which was in a plastic container, so could not have been broken, was remarkably missing. It had been in the centre of the Box so would not have been likely to fall out of a damaged box when nothing else did. Maybe just coincidental, and I am not accusing Royal Mail but some however might. No point in trying to claim on the insurance with PM as from previous expierience I would have to produce pictorial or video evidence that the item was in the box and not removed before the box was sealed. Let’s face it no one does that and nor is there any obvious indication on PM’s site that by not doing so insurance claims would be void

Worst parcel company I have ever used. All seemed nice and smooth until I received a £22 charge to my credit card and an email stating that my parcel was over the dimensions that I had stated. I actually had my friend, who still had the packaging, measure it and send photos and they are still disputing it despite it being less than half the size they are claiming. No customer service and a fraudulent business. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund as I have the necessary evidence. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Great service as expected, parcel force turned up as expected ( unlike parcel hero whi failed to turn up 3 rimes, wont be using them again).

Sending Christmas parcels overseas is always a tedious job but Parcel Monkey do make it a bit easier and cheaper.

This was a quick last minute package for my grandson and it arrived in destination within a week. So super happy that my grandson has his winter clothes and toys back with him as it didn’t all fit into his case for his return to Spain.

The parcel was collected and delivered. However it was not delivered to the recipient. They had to collect from the sorting office. Not sure why that was. A part from that, it went smoothly.

First time using Parcel Monkey and not very impressed. I placed my delivery booking at the beginning of December. I chose PM due to price and the advertised delivery scales. My parcel was due to arrive within the window of 9th-15th Dec. I’d been regularly checking the tracking and noticed that it was moving until it arrived in Australia on 09/12 after which days went by with no updated tracking info. The delivery window came and went and I heard nothing from PM nor the courier. I contacted PM who didn’t appear to be very concerned and told me I should just wait for an email from them with an update. Bearing in mind there had been no contact prior to my chasing about the delay. I advised the gift was ordered using them due to the advertised timescales and it was time sensitive. The person on customer chat didn’t acknowledge this at all nor was any apology offered at any stage. That’s the basics of customer service. You apologise for the inconvenience when you’ve disappointed your customers in this way. I requested a refund and was told I’d have to wait until the parcel is delivered - whenever that may be because nobody can give me an ETA. This is 1 of 3 parcels I’ve sent to Australia this month (the only one via PM) and it is the only one to not yet have arrived even though it was the first sent. It’s safe to say I won’t be using Parcel Monkey again. Though they’re not personally responsible for the couriers they do have a duty to ensure they’re advertising correct timescales and act as a liaison with the couriers when things go wrong. That’s the whole point of choosing them - right?

My parcel went via Parcel Force to Spain and despite the Christmas rush was delivered within 6 days. The customs declaration was a bit of a pain and the recipient had to pay a customs charge despite it being gifts. Definitely not as easy as it was pre-Brexit!!

I had a massive heavy car seat to send which I thought would cost a fortune. Parcel monkey was easy to use and sending my parcel cost a third of what it would’ve had I booked direct, driver arrived the next day to collect! Can’t believe I have’t heard of it before.
