Parcel was returned to me as apparently was batteries inside where wasn’t about batteries aren’t allowed also Parcel Monkey refused give any refund which is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended

Do not use this service other than as a price comparison site. Dispatched a package to the USA with Parcel Monkey / Royal Mail recording the correct weight and box size dimensions. Was notified that additional charges had been claimed by Royal Mail for a box that had been allegedly incorrectly detailed, being twice the actual length of my parcel. Parcel Monkey requested that I provide evidence of package size (overlooking the fact that you can record / photograph a smaller box for evidential purposes and actually dispatch a larger / heavier item with the courier unless the courier actually checks the recorded details). Parcel Monkey stated they would request evidence from Royal Mail which has not been pursued. Additional charges taken from my account, without my consent. BEWARE; customer service non-existent - just platitudes. Have previously used Parcel Monkey without any issues but never again. £56.00 to send a parcel weighing less than one kilo in a box not much larger than a piece of A4 paper

Cheated by courier. We sent a parcel abroad as we have done on many other occasions, measuring it carefully and weighing it. After it was delivered, we were charged an extra £33.59 as they said it was much larger and heavier than we said, over 20 cm on all the sizes and almost triple the weight. This is a complete fraud, there is no way I could pick up a parcel of over 15 kilos. We have been told we need photos to challenge this. We have been defrauded, so in future we shall take photos and I recommend everyone else does too. They say it’s the courier, but we entered the measurements accurately, our contract was with Parcel Monkey and they have let us down

Package has taken much longer than the quote given and will now not arrive in time for Christmas. The fault may lie with ParcelForce but it was ultimately ParcelMonkey that I paid and am the customer of.

Parcel Monkey is my go to courier supplier company when I’m dispatching parcels to the UK. The system is very straightforward and intuitive. I like the choice of couriers available. The only constructive feedback I have is if they had UPS I would use Parcel Monkey to ship to the USA.

THIS COMPANY RUINED MY AND MY FAMILYS CHRISTMAS!!!! + DPD Absolutely the worst company I came acrossed! I ordered a parcel to be delivered to Czech Republic as I wanted to send some Christmas present to my family. The courier picked up my parcel on 14th December (standart delivery up to 7 days). My family didnt received any package and I never heard from them since pick up so I contacted them today (23rd December). I was told my package is shown as "parcel for return" as there was some issues and they could not send it. My question was why I wasnt contacted before and not until I contacted them we could avoid any trouble? Tomorrow is Christmas Day in my country so its too late to send it and even though I am flying tomorrow home I cannot take the presents with me as I will receive them in like one week time as I was told by costumer service. So save yourself the trouble by hiring this company. We gonna have christmas without presents. Thank you so much Parcel Monkey UK

Fast delivery, good value for money. Online tracking not entirely accurate though as it showed parcel still in UK while it was being delivered to recipient in the USA.

I have used Parcel Monkey in the past and the service has always been good. On this occasion it dropped through the floor............... No tracking (despite the email from them with a link to their tracking)on a parcel from the UK to Hong Kong meant that I had to keep messaging them to try and find out if the Christmas presents would arrive on time. The delivery was to my sons office but he is currently working from home (Covid restrictions) so I had to know when/if it arrived so that he could pick it up. Instead of being able to log in and get tracking info, I have spent hours contacting Parcel Monkey and waiting for updates. The staff handling this have been great but it has been a complete hassle. On a positive note, I have just found out that the parcel has arrived. This revelation did not come from Parcel Monkey (or the couriers - DPD) but from the mail room at Credit Suisse......

Wouldnt use this company ever again. Nightmare!!! Sat in all day didnt turn up and customer service is shocking. You pay for next day pick up doesnt happen. I understand that there short staffed but some sort of communication would be helpful.

Extremely poor service. Parcel sent to Australia in good time for a Christmas delivery and at a cost of nearly £100. It is now 23 December and there have been no updates since 9th December on the tracking service. This was the email that was sent back to me after a query was raised - Hello, I am sorry, we are still waiting for this trailer to be scanned in. I have checked other parcels within the trailer and they are also still waiting for their follow-up scan. Unfortunately, given the circumstances, there is nothing further we can do at this time. Please see the Live Service Updates on our website for more information relating to this destination. I am sorry for the inconvenience these delays have caused. THERE IS NOTHING FURTHER THAT WE CAN DO AT THIS TIME - seriously? And what would I have have been paying £100 for exactly?? I wish I had just used Parcel Force instead rather than go through Parcel Monkey. Just pay the little extra and cut out these people who have clearly not heard of effective customer service or dont seem to be able to find out exactly what has happened to a package that was sent using their service. My sister and her children will not now be receiving their parcel for Christmas and I dont know, if or when they will ever get it. I will never use Parcel Monkey again. Stay away.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice now and they really are excellent. They gave me a much cheaper price with Parcelforce than I was quoted for directly. I paid for Parcelforce 48 and Parcelforce delivered my parcel within 24 hours. Great company….I would highly recommend ????
