I have use parcel monkey regularly for over 2 years to send parcels within the UK and around the world, particularly to the USA. Pricing is very competitive and have never had any problems. I can totally recommend them and will continue to use them.

Parcel Monkey took my parcel on 26/10/20 charged over £40 for shipping, Then rejected shipment, charged over £20 to return, never offered any refund of original payment, contacted customer service, still waiting for reply 7 months later, seems like this company is untrustworthy, fraudulent !!!

I booked (Ref:PM9494079) and paid for the next working day service. But courier didnt turned up to collect the parcel. I called the customer service and they replied, they are just comparison site and they cant take responsibility of not delivering the service for what I paid. I told them, if Parcel Monkey is a comparison site, they shouldnt take the payment and manage the services. They should redirect to the service provider. CS person kept refused to take responsibility and ask me to pay premium rate for Saturday collection service to deliver on the time I already paid for. Or wait to rearrange collection and delayed delivery. Also, there is no local customer service to understand the local terms and situation.

Great service, sensibly priced. Parcel Monkey is my first choice when sending a parcel these days. It has a wide range of fully-tracked couriers, including DHL Parcel UK and DPD. Optional insurance is available for those valuable packages, and unless youre sending something mega-expensive, the premium is really quite modest, and increments based on the value.
DHL Parcel UK usually comes out as the cheapest option - but they are by no means a budget brand. Never had a problem with them and would recommend.

I had very pleasant experience using parcel monkey. It is my first time sending parcels abroad so, understandably, I was worried how would the whole thing goes. Well, it went very well from booking to ollection to tracking to delivery. I am very pleased with the service and I certainly highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service, I sent a parcel with them, received a notification that I needed to pay more money because the weight was wrong (weight was on the box). A few days later I received the parcel back to me but the useful lad said he would deal with it. Weeks later nothing then I contact again to find out the system offered me a form to be filled out within 7 days but that email went to spam so it was missed. Now they say I can’t have the money back. Not on, poor service, #paycheaploseout. Should have stuck with main players.

Worked well enough. Had to print the label but the guy collecting had one. No time given for the pickup which isn’t very helpful and a message to says it’s been delivered would have been nice. Minor issues that if sorted would improve the service. Would use again.

PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!! USE DPD INSTEAD or Deal with the companys direct they are advertising. It is important you dont use a third party.. If you have any issues there only contact is email and no direct telephone number.. Very hard to resolve any problems!!! Ive only used them once and Ill never use again... DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID!! They collected my item to take back to manufacture and the item In question was damaged so the manufacture wouldnt expect it back.. Ive tried to resolve the matter with parcel monkey due to paying the extra for insurance cover as it was quite expensive.. They have refused to reimburse me for my losses and Im in the process of taking the matter further.. we have a thing called consumer rights act and they had a duty of skill and care when taking and handing the item.. They have not complyed with the law at all!! Due to not being happy with the resolution Ive asked to see there ADR scheme which means a third party comes in to play to make sure I get the right resolution.. Ever company should have this in place!!!! They have ignored all this and now disposed of the item so Ive lost everything... I cant stress to you all enough, PLEASE DONT use these and fall into the same situation as I did.. And just to add, Im not surprised its was damaged when I stated its was 40kg and one person came to collect.. we all know HSE recommend 25kg per person in manual handing so the putting there deliver drivers at risk of injury.. Im not interested in your reply on the review.. Ive spoke to your customer service and not happy with the out come!!! So your feed back is meaningless and doesnt change a think if I contact though my parcel monkey account .. so dont try and fool people as if your happy to resolve the issue..

I chose Parcel Monkey Global Priority which stated 3-4 days guaranteed delivery to US. It was a gift that I particularly wanted to arrive before or by 3rd May. It was picked up on the 27th April, arrived 5th May so very disappointed, missed the birthday.

As always, amazing service. Easy to book, send, track and reasonable. Sent my parcel to Canada Thursday....it was delivered Monday! Astonishingly good service!

My end all ok parcel picked up next day. Heard from recipient as she said parcel did not arrive at stated time, no knock at the door and parcel was left on doorstep. Parcel contents all ok.

Awful- but still have to leave 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have obviously lost my parcel - keep fobbing me off with ‘we are trying to contact the courier’. 2 months now I have been getting the same meaningless answer of ‘we are trying to get in touch with the courier’. I told them I will now be taking them to court to recover the value of the parcel and the delivery fee and my costs. Had no effect - so later today I’ll be paying the £25 to the court - and I’ll see them there. I would put money on the response to this is - we are looking into this and someone will get back to you. Too late - you will now be going to court!

Booking process straightforward and competitive. Label was sent via email arrived well within the advised time. Afterwards no updates, however using couriers tracking process confirmed parcel was delivered.
Would use the service again.
