I had a parcel which needed to be collected, Parcel Monkey was recommended, so checked them out.
They provided a great price,all the labels etc.and arranged for a courier service to collect and deliver the package,I didnt have to do much,just follow their simple instructions .
All in all a great service,and more than reasonable cost.will certai ly use them again

I have been using your service for a long time and have always been satisfied with your collection of my parcels and the deliveries, but I am very disappointed on your most recent collection. I arranged a parcel collection last Thursday and paid for next day delivery service through Courier. I was sent an email on Thursday morning from Courier telling me they would be collecting my parcel and giving me a late morning slot. This time came and went and nobody turned up. I tried to track my parcel on the Parcel Monkey website only to tell me the obvious, Courier had no record of the consignment...Well you wont if you dont collect when you say you would. The only option I had was to rearrange for the Friday. This was a birthday present for a family member that I wanted them to receive before their birthday on Sunday 9th May. So not only have you let me down with not delivering my parcel the next day, but you cannot deliver my parcel on the Monday either! Courier message me again and say delivery is for Tuesday 11th May! (Believe that when I see it) my parcel is 4 days late. This is not acceptable!!!!

I had sent 4 packages, 40 kg approximately of pottery. One dish and a lid was broken out if 100 items. Picked up in 1 day and delivered the next. Delivery time was excellent and prices were great.

International parcel DPD was used, which then turned out to be Courier, which I wanted to avoid, even though I was not informed of this choice on order. Item held at customs, very poor communication from parcel monkey, no urgency to help me out. When told they would work for me immediately to resolve, two months went by with no contact so I chased them up and just got an ‘apology nothing we can do’. This has cost me financialy and my own business reputation has suffered.

I have used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel internationally. Instead of being delivered, the parcel returned to me after 2 weeks. I will not use this company again.

PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!! USE DPD INSTEAD or Deal with the companys direct they are advertising. It is important you dont use a third party.. If you have any issues there only contact is email and no direct telephone number.. Very hard to resolve any problems!!! Ive only used them once and Ill never use again... DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID!! They collected my item to take back to manufacture and the item In question was damaged so the manufacture wouldnt expect it back.. Ive tried to resolve the matter with parcel monkey due to paying the extra for insurance cover as it was quite expensive.. They have refused to reimburse me for my losses and Im in the process of taking the matter further.. we have a thing called consumer rights act and they had a duty of skill and care when taking and handing the item.. They have not complyed with the law at all!! Due to not being happy with the resolution Ive asked to see there ADR scheme which means a third party comes in to play to make sure I get the right resolution.. Ever company should have this in place!!!! They have ignored all this and now disposed of the item so Ive lost everything... I cant stress to you all enough, PLEASE DONT use these and fall into the same situation as I did.. And just to add, Im not surprised its was damaged when I stated its was 40kg and one person came to collect.. we all know HSE recommend 25kg per person in manual handing so the putting there deliver drivers at risk of injury.. Im not interested in your reply on the review.. Ive spoke to your customer service and not happy with the out come!!! So your feed back is meaningless and doesnt change a think if I contact though my parcel monkey account .. so dont try and fool people as if your happy to resolve the issue..

I shipped a package from the UK to Portugal. When I booked and filled in all the information about the contents of the package, there was no mention to the fact that de package would be stopped in another country (France) and that this would mean that I would have to pay an absurd amount (around 175€) so that they would allow the box to continue its journey. The package contained only personal items, clothes and a book, why would someone have to pay taxes over personal items? There are direct flights between the UK and Portugal, why was the package in France? It doesn’t make any sense. In the end I could choose between paying the absurd fee or return the box back to the sender, which I did, but of course lost the amount I had payed to ship it in the first place.
