I posted parcel on the 8th of May the delivery was 4-5 days. We’re now on the 18th of May and it has still not arrived. The Birthday is today so havent even got there cards in time Very disappointed

my package was delayed more than one week, ended up paying lots of money to store my large parcel because the recipient left the address. Customer service didnt respond to my query on time. poor customer service

Really bad experience with their customer service reps after a parcel was returned to us by no fault of our own. And they made us PAY to get the parcel back. Awful company. Wont ever be using them again.

Parcel Monkey are a complete sham! If your parcel isnt successfully delivered instead of returning the parcel back to you (the sender address) They divert it to an unknown address in Southampton then ask you to pay to send it back to your address!??? or they will dispose of it... CRAZY! What a scam! Why not just be a decent provider and send it back to the sender. This is blackmail. PM9444233 Get back to me Parcel monkey!

Parcelforce somehow managed to badly smashed up my well protected iMac. Were talking shatters here, not a little bump. They direct complaints to Parcel Monkey, through whom I bought the service. Parcel monkey, despite seeing photos, dont want to know, casually think its fine and give me copy & paste phrases basically saying tough... bye.

I don’t even want to give this company a star. We are a furnishing company and we have been trialing different pallet companies to see which one is the best and quickest. So we gave this company a chance. Cooked two large authentic wooden tables on a next day palletised delivery. Did the item arrive the next day? NOPE! It arrived to my customer over 2 weeks after collection! So in this time we kept chasing customer service because the tracking numbers did not work and the pallet company they used (dx) wouldn’t let us track on a parcel monkey tracking number either. So after 3 weeks of chasing, even my customer chased the pallet company to check and was told that pallets disappear very often and it’s a normal thing with them.... they wouldn’t allow me to take it to claims as a missing pallet, then FINALLY my customer receives his tables to find the delivery driver couldnt get the pallet off of his van! so unstrapped it!!!!!! damaged the tables lifting them off the pallet! i have beeb in touch with the claims department and because i couldnt produce them with an image of the packaging (which their collection guy had) they will not let me claim for the damaged items and my conoany has lots a LOT of money due to this. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I rate this site the same as all of them . I don’t like going all the way through process of booking, and then at the very end being told the parcel is to big or heavy or both . This should be done at the point of answering those questions which is done at the very beginning. Also found it hard to get questions answered.

Disappointed as the parcel was not collected on the day it was booked for and I had specifically waited in all day for the collection. It took a week to be delivered, yet I had paid for 48hr service. As the parcel was not collected on the day specified, I’m guessing it was then given a different tracking number - which I was not aware of to be able to keep the eBay buyer up to date on its progress. When I did manage to find the different tracking number in my account it said it had been delivered but the buyer has since suggested he didn’t receive it? I have sent the tracking info via eBay to confirm it was delivered and signed for - and I haven’t heard back from them yet so I’m really hoping they did actually receive it or else it may lead to an EBay dispute. So on the whole it was a disappointing experience, which is a shame as I have used PM several times in the past with no problems whatsoever.

Customers service agents were unswerving my questions instantly and they resolved a little tracking problem caused by the sender of my parcel quickly.

We were charged an additional £25 after our parcel was deemed to be over weight and over sized. Our parcel was c5KG, the manufacturer lists the item as 4.8KG, and then you make an allowance for the packaging. On top of this, we were told our parcel was 1.2m long - the manufacturers spec shows this as 80x80 and 10cm deep. They also claimed the parcel weighed 35KG - If they’d have said 6/7KG I would have been fine, but an extra 30KG - no way! After being charged an additional £25 out of the blue, we sent all of this information to Parcel Monkey and appealed the additional charges. They asked us to send a photo of the parcel, with the label on it, next to a tape measure - who even does that?! We are now going through our bank and initiating a charge back. The onus is on you, Parcel Monkey, to prove that our parcel was out of spec, and that you have the right to our money.
