This service is amazing. The drivers that always pick up my parcel are very friendly. My last parcel is already in the delivery country though its not at the recipient yet, I know it will soon be there because they are always fast

First time using this service and I was most impressed. Was recommended to me by a friend, I sent two large parcels weighing 24 kilos and 7 kilos and the price was very competitive and they arrived within 2 days. Excellent service, will certainly use your service again and will be recommending you to others. ????

The Parcel Monkey site is very clear and straightforward. The prices are laid out well and the parcels are given a tracking number. Printing a label from them saves a lot of time.

I used ParcelMonkey to send some business documents to an office in Hong Kong using their 2-3 day DPD delivery service. The goods were posted on a Tuesday morning and due to be delivered Friday, ahead of a deadline the following Monday (today). Soon enough, however, the documents were held at a depot and the delivery date was changed to Saturday (no reason given) which meant the office was shut and noone was available to receive the package. It was then difficult to ascertain what was due to happen to the delivery, which was taken back to a depot – communicating with DPD via ParcelMonkey proved difficult and time-consuming. Eventually, a re-delivery for Monday was arranged without my input but the delivery was not attempted until 22:44. Once again, this was well outside of normal business hours so nobody was available to sign. As such, I have now missed the deadline I had originally aimed for and am trying to communicate with DPD via ParcelMonkey to request a re-delivery during normal working hours, which is again proving stressful and time-consuming. I am now concerned that my delivery will not reach its intended recipient at all. I believe many people choose ParcelMonkey as a means of saving money on extortionate international delivery costs. I was one of those people and now wished that I had simply paid more for a better service. ParcelMonkeys promises are far from guarantees and I would urge future customers to think carefully about using the service and whether saving £10+ is worth a clunky communications workflow and a generally poor service. While more expensive, going to DPD direct would be a more secure and navigable experience.

2 failed collection attempts. I could see clearly what the issue was but customer services knew better and said it was all ok. DPD driver could not read the delivery address as their systems are clearly not compatible. Or lazy DPD driver.

Fantastic service. Its very frustrating sending to Europe at the moment thanks to Brexit but parcel monkey made the process as pain free as possible!

Its a good service spoiled only by the threat of a £62.50 surcharge if the volumetric size is greater, trouble is youre not given the volumetric criteria to check before sending. I only use when Im sure I am well within the dimensions and weights.

The rate is very competitive and my parcel arrived quickly. The collection service was pretty good the only drawback is on the receiving point where the driver was trying to charge custom duty rate to my receiver when in fact it was already paid for online.

Sent a parcel to Eire with completed documentation attached costing £14. Received parcel back at a further cost of £15 to find documentation still attached. Sent photos of this as requested but received unhelpful and uncaring responses from Zak. I am out of pocket of £29 and the customer service was NOT customer focused. Could not recommend as customer service was none existent. Rudeness and unhelpfulness evident. Will use another courier service next time.
