I have used Parcel Monkey a few times and have always been impressed with the service.
When a parcel was lost in transit (not their fault) PM sorted the problem out quickly without any fuss.
I would recommend using them every time you need to send any parcels.

Typical middleman that doesnt care about the complete failure of their subcontractors messing up other businesses deliveries. I wish they would take some responsibility but no... nothings ever their fault. Useless.

Jag the so called claims expert, has ****** us about for months asking for the same pictures again again and again, this firm are nothing but a internet con artist, you pay extra insurance, and get fob off,even with the video of the driver slaming parcel to the floir and hearing it smash..not enough evidence... f u jag

I would minus stars if I could!! They lost £100s worth of shipment and the customer services have been absolutely appalling. No feedback or support in relation to lost shipment. Been chasing status/feedback since February, and keep getting robotic response "will chase courier". Better paying extra and going direct with courier.

Shocking. Between parcel monkey and DX couriers the service has been rotten. First my parcel was taken of a pallet that I paid for. It was a parcel that had to be kept upright. It showed up on its side and the customer refused it. After that the customer service from both company’s was shocking. It took me a month to get the parcel back. Avoid at all costs.

Generally, the best price for delivery and the couriers always show up when expected and the delivery usually shows up on the day it should. The only problem I have is that on the occasion where something has arrived damaged they are extremely difficult to claim from. Lots of hoops, emails, photos and arguing and you dont always get a good result. But Ive never found a parcel company that doesnt do this or worse. At least you can get ahold of someone on chat when you need to instead of sitting in a call queue. Problems seem to be extremely rare, so Ive continued to use them for now.
