Only attempted to deliver my parcel (an expensive Christmas present for my uncle) once even though i was told they would attempt to redeliver twice before returning to sender. They then said they posted the parcel back to me with tracking and it would take up to 30 days to arrive but refused to send me the tracking details and repeatedly tried fobbing me off. Over two months later and i am still trying to get my money back and compensation for my lost Christmas present.

Great service. DHL collected from my home and delivery was within 24 hours. Actual times were slightly ahead of the times we had in our texts but an excellent service and at a very fair price.

I was looking to send a heavy large item and Royal Mail offers were crazy expensive. Then I found this guys and send it for 3 times cheaper then then the post! Very happy with it !

My parcel was lost, and this is where you have a problem, parcel monkey is the delivery companies customer not you, so course your relying on them to fight your corner, they don’t. They also don’t have a customer contact number or a complaints team, so when you get bad service you can’t do anything about it. I personally would never use this company again..

I cannot stress enough how terrible the customer service has been for me and my mother who sent the parcel. Absolutely no help, on live chat they just copy and paste the same message over and over even though I asked for an explanation as they kept asking me for a business invoice. Even though my mum was simply trying to send my niece the only picture we have of her dead mother. Now it seems the parcel has been lost. Who knows? As all they keep asking me for is an invoice, delivery note etc. The parcel was sent on the 17th of December 2020. It is now the 16th of January 2021. I still dont have an update and my family is beside themselves. USE ANYONE ELSE BUT PARCEL MONKEY. Probably better using the courier service directly. I have learned my lesson.

Parcel monkey have been great with all help they’ve given me. But slightly disappointed with DHL for not turning up and not giving me notification to rearrange another date for collection. I only found this out when I had a live chat with Parcel monkey advisor. In which he was very helpful. But apart from this I have been very happy with the service.

We opted for the courier DPD from the list for a pick up and delivery. The pick up was completed within the hour of our request and delivered next day, (Saturday, when we were quoted Monday and were happy with this) which went well beyond our expectations, now my preferred courier for all parcels.

The best value around and fast delivery. It was only after packing my goods and taping the box to get accurate weight and measurements that I was sent the packaging guide and presented with the list of prohibited items. I appreciate not all items can be sent or are sent at the sender’s risk but there are so many things on the list (even chocolate for domestic delivery), it would be easier and shorter if you wrote list of what can be sent rather than what can’t. Could you also explain why each of the items on the prohibited list cannot be sent?

Having used this service a numerous times. I get an email to say my account has been suspended due to providing incorrect weight and they want further payment.My parcel was 10kg and they are stating it was actually 31kg. Had my parcel been 31kg I wouldnt of been able to lift the box. I know the weight was correct as I weighed it and it also stated on original packaging as well as the the item description on website showed weight. Having emailed regarding this issue iv still not got a response!

I posted My Parcel 3 Weeks ago and DPD "lost" it. Parcel Monkey have been fobbing me off for 3 weeks now. Ive contacted them many times and even emailed nav @ parcelmonkey ..the CEO out of frustration and didnt even get a response from him.

Looks like I am not the only one. My parcel has been tracked as "exported from UK" but nothing happens since last week. Compared to other carriers as UPS or Courier that I contacted recently, Parcel Force seems to be a very unreliable carrier. There are slight delays with the others as well due to Covid ans Brexit but nothing to do with PF. Its a real desaster...The only suggestion from customer service of Parcel Force is: "Any further enquiries would need to be made directly to Parcel Monkey by the sender -Sue..." Who is taking care of the service at the end of the day ?

Pick up delays Courier the courier chosen through Parcel Monkey failed to pick up for four days. Although Parcel Monkey staff replied to me on live chat every consecutive day, they didn’t seem able to contact Courier or to make sure the parcel was actually picked up. Once collected three days late, the parcel was delivered to the other end of the UK in one day.

I used Parcel Monkey because they were the cheapest, sent two parcels through Parcel force unfortunately one was damaged beyond repair. Parcel Monkey were very helpful and I was fully refunded, will definitely use them again
