I sent my parcel on the 12th of December. Status of package was extremely vague whenever I checked. On the 16th my package was last scanned (both Parcel Monkey and DPD confirmed this to me. I mailed Parcel Monkey around the 24th as the status of my package was updated to "We have still not received your package". They then asked DPD and got back to me with "please be patient, your package was last scanned on the 16th. Just keep checking the status." I wait until the 5th of January. Still nothing so I message Parcel Monkey once again. They get back to me, saying they will message DPD and see whats up. On the 8th they still didnt get back to me so I mail YET AGAIN. They get back to me with the same half-assed reply. "We will get back to you once DPD has given us more information." I message DPD myself on the 8th and get a reply within under an hour. They cant really do much more other than confirm that my package was last scanned on the 16th and told me all I could do was ask Parcel Monkey to start a formal investigation which I urged them to do twice. Both times I just get back the same standard reply "We messaged them already and will get back to you once they reply." At first I tried showing a lot of understanding as it was around Christmas and since I am in the UK and it is international shipping to Germany, there would potentially be trouble caused by Brexit. Now Im just angry and upset and Parcel Monkeys E-mail service has been horrible and unhelpful. My shipment contained valuable Christmas gifts and I just dont know what to do anymore. No one seems to be helping me or giving me an actual reply and its infuriating. All I asked was to at least know where my package was or if they had lost it, maybe at least an estimated delivery date as it has been almost A MONTH NOW. I dont know where my package is or if it will arrive at all but this has just been an extremely upsetting experience. I am not even sure whos to blame here, Parcel Monkey or DPD or someone else but Parcel Monkeys response has been extremely underwhelming and unhelpful.

I have been using ParcelMonkey since 2011 to deliver parcels around the world and every time never disappointed. I’ve made mistakes about parcels address, receivers names,etc I would fill a form and somebody always respond back in less than 30min and it’s sorted as long I follow their advice. Honestly I’m so happy and I’ve never looked back since. I put my trust in them, my parcels and I just relax. Thank you so much for making things easier

i stumbled on this accidentally but it gave me a cheaper cost to send my parcel by parcel force. i dropped my parcel off at my local post office and so it was a brilliant find. i will definitely use this company again. printed my label at home and got a tracking number at the post office.

2 parcels were sent on the 4th Dec to an easily identifiable address in the South of France. Neither parcel arrived even though extra information was given to aid delivery but failed to be passed on. Their tracking was always way behind and incomplete. One parcel was returned on the 17th Dec the other on the 31st. Directly after receipt of my second parcel a third arrived addressed to me, except that it wasnt for me, it had been sent by someone in Liverpool to an address in Dublin but handed to me in Devon! Parcel Monkey failed to acknowledge any of my emails on live chat or my letters sent to Customer Services and I eventually took the parcel to my nearest Post Office 3 miles away to return it to Liverpool. Both of us had paid Parcel Monkey for the return of our parcels.

No problems with online courier booking payment , there was email confirmations update and my parcel was picked up and delivered with no issues once more.
You choose a courier service you want to use from the options available and decide based on price, speed of delivery, collection from home or drop off,etc. Cheaper than going to the couriers website directly.

Easy to use online but poor communication and service overall. I paid for a package to be collected given a collection date and 5 days later I still have the package in my porch and no communication or updates at all

Keep messaging but still no one comes to pick up the parcel. No response even asked for refund. It’s ridiculous. Don’t ever use it.

Fantastic service from parcel monkey, they used parcel force which was my fastest choice for customer. Got there with 48hrs even know up country from down south was snow. Flay pair would use this service again quick and easy.

We used the service of Parcel Monkey to ship two parcels of Christmas presents to Hong Kong. It was really important that they got there on time, and the available time was quite short. They were delivered in one piece to the recipient, our son, on Christmas Eve in time for Christmas. We were delighted with the service and would use Parcel Monkey again. Thank you.

Awful! Avoid. My parcels were not collected twice, no reason, no apology, no compensation. I waited in to have them collected and I’m a key worker. Disgraceful.

I mean, I can’t believe I actually have to give one star to write this review. Utterly shambolic service, I have waited in ALL WEEK for parcel to be collected, and a no-show by the chosen courier every day. When I emailed the courier they said they had no evidence of this being booked in - the reference code generated by Parcel Monkey was not even recognised by them. Was then assured by PM that collection would be definitely occur on the Friday... guess what. Another no show. When I asked a reason why, was told that they couldn’t provide information on this. No apology, nothing. Avoid like the plague.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! They sold me a service with Parcel Force for 2-5 days shipping. The parcel arrived in 18 DAYS!!!!!!!! Now they have said Parcel Force has rejected my claim of a refund. I will be contacting my bank for a refund. Im absolutely livid.

I would give it no star if I could. When buyer didnt receive the pot, I started the claim. However 6 weeks on I am still waiting for the outcome of my claim despite being insured for the full value. I gave the buyer full refund so I am out of pocket for £175 if and when I get the payout. I have emailed customer service over 10 times, each time just get a standard reply. I have been a loyal customer over 10 years but honestly the customer service is shocking. DO NOT use if you can help it.

Two months on & Im still waiting for the insurance payout for an item I sold on eBay that was broken in transit to the buyer. I submitted all the papers needed for the insurance claim on 11 Nov 20 and have messaged ParcelMonkey repeatedly asking for updates on the claim. I was advised that ParcelForce has had to send a second questionnaire to the recipient as part of the insurance claim. However the recipient says they completed the first questionnaire six weeks ago (Parcelforce Worldwide Claim WC-2165393 - Damaged Goods Questionnaire). This reflects badly on me as a vendor and I have now paid the recipient myself and am out of pocket £125 until ParcelMonkey pays out on the insurance I paid extra for. My recommendation is to avoid ParcelMonkey at all costs.

Due to lockdown decided to sent Christmas presents to my son and his family. Used parcel monkey for first time. Impressed as chose delivery slot. Labels email to me. Parcel collected on Monday by DHL within a 1 hour slot. Parcel arrived in Leeds next at 5pm. So easy

Do not use this company. Appalling service. Parcel sent in time for Christmas still not arrived (8th January). Company not interested in sorting out the problem. None existent customer service, just want to close down responses/tickets rather than support the customer. Go elsewhere
