Very easy to use online. Good choice of deliveries and prices.
I paid for parcel force 24 and unfortunately it wasn’t delivered for 4 days!
I also sent a parcel to France which was delivered on time.
Will use Parcel Monkey again

In present circumstances im housebound so parcel monkey is the best way of sending parcels for me. The prices I find very competitive. The drivers from the companies that come to pick up are always polite and considerate. Delivery is always on time. Would highly recommend everyone to use this website.

Its coming up to two weeks. My item has not been delivered. I paid 48 hour delivery postage. Item is lost. Waiting to see if my item and postage will get refunded. Will update later . So far very unhappy and dissapointed

The complaints service is a joke. I booked 2 parcels from 2 different addresses, but only one with them, they went to the wrong address and took a parcel clearly addressed for york and took it to west sussex. They say its been collected and delivered. I have had to pay again to send the parcel I booked with them, but I used someone else, meanwhile the parcel in west sussex has gone missing, and I have to give a refund.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid £70 for a parcel from London to Scotland. I was told it would be picked up on 31 Dec but it got postponed repeatedly. The courier service DX would call and postpone, but this information wouldnt flew to parcelmonkey who kept promising it would get picked up the next day. Finally it hot picked up on 8 Jan, after I raised a stink. Then my tracking number didnt work. Finally 5 days later, I was told my parcel was delivered to me when it wasnt! A fake signature was made and I was at my wits end! Parcelmonkey washed their hands off it and blamed the courier service. Miraculously the parcel appeared at the door 2 days later, no signature sought, no ring on the doorbell. It was just there, battered. Parcelmonkey doesnt think its fair to give me a refund. AVOID

Never Again.. I live in the East midlands. My parcel to go to Scotland was Delivered to Southampton, damaged. Parcel Monkey at first wanted to charge me to return the parcel, but eventually returned it to me at no charge. They will not refund my full postage costs and have messed me around for over a month, presumably in the hope I will go away.

We followed instructions and downloaded form which we attached, paid £9 for postage only for the parcel to be returned to us within three days. Disappointed.

Good job. I was able to post a large box enclosing an acoustic guitar in case via Parcelforce 24 with reasonably priced insurance. Box was 120 x 53 x 22.

Awful experience. Avoid Parcel Monkey. Having made a genuine complaint about incorrect information given by staff at Parcel Moneky they have as good as refused to call me back, what Business in this day and age cannot call a customer just poor excuses. I am out of pocket due to this company. You have to keep chasing them to gain a response, you gice a realistic time frame for a Manager to come back to you and they blatantly ignore it and you. When you get a response there is no introduction to who you are speaking with and one who claims to be a team leader messages Sorry for any inconvenience caused, thats it. No Care at all and No Effort. Absolute joke.

Dreadful service, this company are very disorganised, they have no idea whats happening to my parcel. There is no proper liaising between drivers and the office that employ them. Ive been left to track it, still not delivered to daughter in Spain after15 days. Once my parcel had been collected, there iswas no accountability from them for its delivery. Nicholas told they have no more information and Im to track it myself! Ive wasted hours trying to find my parcel, found out its in Madrid awaiting custom checks, no details of when or if it will be delivered. Surely its up to them to keep checks on the parcels theyve collected, thats the contract we make and pay for isnt it? I have asked them to call me .... still waiting!
