Parcel from the UK to the Netherlands. Ive received it in 2 working days, very fast. The box had a 3cm diameter hole, it contained mainly clothes so not a big deal. Overall satisfied! One note: so annoying looking for items code due to Brexit, I hope youll find a more user-friendly solution for that...

If I could give no stars I would! I have had absolutely appalling service from Parcelmonkey! After sending my sister a parcel with her Christmas presents back in December- which was sent to the wrong depot and discovering an issue with the address I contacted them and was told it was sorted. Needless to say the parcel didn’t materialise but everyday I messaged them I was told they would contact the delivery company and get back to me. I continued to have to chase them as I wasn’t getting any answers. I then discovered that apparently the parcel was “missing” in the depot! This was after weeks of chasing it and not getting any clear answers! Absolutely disgusting as now my sister won’t be receiving any of the Christmas presents we sent to her and Parcelmonkey have stopped responding to my messages. So that’s over £100 of gifts etc just disappeared with no way to claim as apparently I need to provide receipts- which I don’t have all of and a signed declaration from my sister- who lives in Milan- all within 7 days! We insured the package too but clearly that was a waste of time and extra money! Disgraceful and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else! To say I am fuming would be an understatement!

Second day in a row, no collection. The whole thing was treated with an “oh well” sort of attitude. It’s an order I’ll now have to refund, so Parcel Monkey has cost me £130. I’ll not be using them again.

It’s been 13 days since I have sent my parcel. The party on other side haven’t received my parcel neither I have heard anything back . I even tried to email. Really disappointed with service

me and my customer are still waiting for you to deliver the parcel. Heres the current transcript: Hi David, A quick update for you. The Hermes tracking page updated yesterday and said the package will be delivered to me before 3pm. It then updated saying delivery had been made and left in a safe place, along with a photo of where it was left. Only problem with this is that it wasn’t delivered to my house! The front of the house they had delivered to was quite distinctive so I found the house and they had delivered to number 37 of the next street to mine. I have got in touch with Hermes and am waiting for them to get back to me. I have also knocked on the door of the house that has the package 4 times already but no response yet so I’ve put a note through the door asking them to call me. Hopefully they will get in touch today. I will continue to call on them and hope they answer the door! So, Hermes delivered a week late to the wrong house, wrong street! You couldn’t make it up.
