If I could give no stars I would! I have had absolutely appalling service from Parcelmonkey! After sending my sister a parcel with her Christmas presents back in December- which was sent to the wrong depot and discovering an issue with the address I contacted them and was told it was sorted. Needless to say the parcel didn’t materialise but everyday I messaged them I was told they would contact the delivery company and get back to me. I continued to have to chase them as I wasn’t getting any answers. I then discovered that apparently the parcel was “missing” in the depot! This was after weeks of chasing it and not getting any clear answers! Absolutely disgusting as now my sister won’t be receiving any of the Christmas presents we sent to her and Parcelmonkey have stopped responding to my messages. So that’s over £100 of gifts etc just disappeared with no way to claim as apparently I need to provide receipts- which I don’t have all of and a signed declaration from my sister- who lives in Milan- all within 7 days! We insured the package too but clearly that was a waste of time and extra money! Disgraceful and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else! To say I am fuming would be an understatement!

Second day in a row, no collection. The whole thing was treated with an “oh well” sort of attitude. It’s an order I’ll now have to refund, so Parcel Monkey has cost me £130. I’ll not be using them again.

It’s been 13 days since I have sent my parcel. The party on other side haven’t received my parcel neither I have heard anything back . I even tried to email. Really disappointed with service

me and my customer are still waiting for you to deliver the parcel. Heres the current transcript: Hi David, A quick update for you. The Hermes tracking page updated yesterday and said the package will be delivered to me before 3pm. It then updated saying delivery had been made and left in a safe place, along with a photo of where it was left. Only problem with this is that it wasn’t delivered to my house! The front of the house they had delivered to was quite distinctive so I found the house and they had delivered to number 37 of the next street to mine. I have got in touch with Hermes and am waiting for them to get back to me. I have also knocked on the door of the house that has the package 4 times already but no response yet so I’ve put a note through the door asking them to call me. Hopefully they will get in touch today. I will continue to call on them and hope they answer the door! So, Hermes delivered a week late to the wrong house, wrong street! You couldn’t make it up.

Very good service, parcel was collected on the following day and delivered the day after. It would have been very helpful though to have had a text notification advising of a collection time slot rather than having to wait in all day.

My mum recommended parcel monkey as she used it to send a parcel to Hong Kong and it got there very quickly. I only sent 2 parcels to Reading but they also got there very quickly and really good price as they were big parcels - would definitely recommend!

Very clear website, accurate and efficient. We had 2 parcels to go to different locations, 1 collected by dpd, 1 by DHL. Both collected early in the hour timeslot and handled and delivered carefully and punctually.

Service provided by Parcel Monkey allowed me to quickly select the most appropriate way to send my Niece several packages. Cost was moderate and insurance provided. Parcels were delivered promptly to her address in good condition. Cant get better service than that!!!!!!!!

i was told the parcel would be delivered in 6 days and the parcel up until now has still not been delivered by your courier 13 January 2021 i know that there was xmas involved in the time but this is far to long hope i can get a quick reply about this parcel

I spent two weeks asking them to tell me what to do with the wrong parcel they sent me (is anyone here waiting for a magnetic base for knives?). Finally yesterday they took an interest and today they tell me again than no they will not issue a refund since someone signed for something and it literally does not matter if it was not my parcel, nor if they never even picked up the parcel I was supposed to receive. Getting more pathetic by the day. I continue to NOT recommens this particular monkey.

I had 3 large parcels to send off to different addresses. No problems as I managed to sort out the best couriers who picked up the parcels from my home address and delivered quickly to the recipients. It made a lot of difference to me as I am now nearly 80 and wasnt looking forward to standing outside my local Post Office in the cold with heavy parcels. I will certainly use Parcel Monkey again.

I understand we are in difficult times but lve had a very difficult time with Parcel Monkey. My parcel was eventually collected on January 5th, Driver said there was a problems with the paperwork from P M, still not delivered to my daughter in Spain yet. No idea where it is or whats happening. Support on line from Monica was fruitless, went round and round still no idea what is happening or if my parcel will ever be delivered. Parcel Force driver said they are stockpiling parcels at the port. Incorrect paperwork provided. Have tried messaging Parcel Monkey they are blaming the drivers! There seems to be insufficient communication between them. Not sure what else to do?
