Have used PM for quite some time and fairly ok. Recent experience well below expectation. Booked a parcel delivery to a London based office which is open between 9 am and 4pm. Delivery company atrempted to deliver at 7.15 am. Re-delivery arranged but delivery turned up at 8 am when office still closed. Tried to get an address for a local pick up point, but no luck - PMs nearest depo in Southampton!? Customer care experience poor. Waiting to hear if parcel has been disposed off.

Disgusting customer service, Damaged goods by one of the delivery services arranged by them, With no action to help me reclaim the goods or cost. wont be using again, multiple packages sent.

They talk about their service being exactly the same as you would get going direct - but cheaper. My experience is that this is not the case regarding any delay compensation. Used them to send a parcel and paid the premium for Parcelforce 24 a next day delivery service. Parcelforce offer a 50% refund if parcel not delivered next day if booked direct - but you have to claim through Parcelmonkey if you use them. Parcelmonkey customer services informed me that, in fact, the parcel was not delivered late as according to their overall terms and conditions there is no guarantee on delivery time. Makes paying a premium for fast delivery a bit pointless. Will be going direct in future.

This is the first time I had used parcel monkey, advised to do so by Amazon after they could not get their own returns service co-ordinated. I paid over £18 for a next day delivery (£8 over the standard price) which just never got collected. I fully appreciate how difficult it is to guarantee this service right now due to covid outbreaks, but fail to see why the additional £8 could not be refunded when it was blatantly clear that the next day service didnt happen. As this is such a silly policy I ended up cancelling.

Great as always! I regularly send parcels to my parents from UK to Central Asia and last time ( January 2021) it was delivered to the country in 5 days(plus 1-2 days to hand it over)! Parcel Monkey is doing an amazing job by helping lots of people to show their love and care to their families throughout this period of pandemic with no stress. You are the best - fast service for an affordable price! Very grateful!

Similar to most others who find it necessary to contact the help team, you go through a box ticking exercise. You have to do all the work and then they say we will get back to you in the next 24 hrs. When the item is already 48 hrs late and my customer is hanging off the wall production stopped. You cant raise a compliant unless you contact someone else. You cant start a compensation claim until the parcel has been delivered who knows when. They cannot tell you where the parcel s are. Sadly a poor performance all round. Quite typical of a internet based company. My advise is to remember hosting company can take you down in seconds, as can bad customer reviews. You need to make your systems more robust and customer focussed not just templated answers. Feel free to come back to me if anyone from parcel Monkey reads these reviews

Will never use again catalogue of issues. 1, no contact number when things go wrong. Just an automated system that doesnt read what you have written. 2, as I do not have a printer at the moment I paid extra for a print free postage. Upon collection, I received a disgruntled collector who was most put out that he had to print the label. 3, the item i sent was a ring in a small cardboard box it weighed 0.16kg I have received an invoice for 8.00kg with additional charge. Total postage in excess of £12 for a box the size of 2 match boxes. I have no way of contesting it because (trusting fool I am) didnt take a photo of the kitchen digital self calibrating scales before I sent it. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

The service has been excellent and extremely helpful in a few cases I needed to reschedule

Fast, efficient service to enable elderly loved ones to send an important parcel quickly to me whilst reducing risk of exposure to CV-19. Web interface was easy to use, different options presented quickly and communications through the entire process were clear and timely. This was the first time my loved ones had ever booked a courier services and they were delighted, remarking “It was so easy!” Thank you

Parcel from the UK to the Netherlands. Ive received it in 2 working days, very fast. The box had a 3cm diameter hole, it contained mainly clothes so not a big deal. Overall satisfied! One note: so annoying looking for items code due to Brexit, I hope youll find a more user-friendly solution for that...
