Worked like clockwork and DHL were superb
They and DPD are leagues above the rest giving time slot info for collecting and delivery is where the industry should be. Makes Royal Mail and Parcelforce look like tin pot operations! Now.

dont touch them with a bargepole.....they have gone into my account and withdrew 56 pound...ive emailed and tried to get in tou h with them for an explanation but to no avail....

If I could give a 0 star review I would I took out insurance as it was an expensive item made sure it was wrapped correctly and then although they took the money for the insurance refused to pay out for the damaged item. I made them aware the delivery driver had 2 tyres in the back of his van that he was throwing around damaging other parcels but they did not take any of this into consideration. I will never use this company again

So much more expensive than in person. I assumed — wrongly — that this was a genuine comparison site that would give the best price. It certainly does not. I saved £8 on a £39 Royal Mail by not using Parcel Monkey and going into the post office. Even if you use Parcel Monkey, you still have to drop your package off anyway.

Initially all good, good price, I chose my service and dropped my parcel off. DPDis the carrier and it was supposed to be a 3-4 day international tracked delivery. It was tracked for 2 days then disappeared when it left the UK. 25 days later and I’ve contacted customer services numerous times and they always just say that they are contacting the courier company and just need more time. No real updates and nobody will tell me the timescale for declaring the parcel as lost and paying out on the insurance. I won’t use a 3rd party company again as it leaves you at their mercy if things go wrong.

Everything went like clockwork from collection time of parcels to update of tracking to delivery next day on time with photo of parcels drop by driver. All done in last days before Christmas delivered Christmas cheer to our Grandchildren who
could not visit due to travel restrictions Excellent service great value First Class.

This company are great when everything goes to plan but when it does not they are truly terrible. You cannot contact them by any other method than e mail. When claiming for a lost parcel they do not pay you back the shipping fee just the claim for the contents. The staff get very nasty and rude and will not let you enter a complaint anywhere, they just ignore the question. Do not use if you can help it.

Easy to use and select appropriate service. Price through ParcelForce would have been £40 more but the service still performed well: 2 parcels collected and delivreed 400 miles away well within 24 hours.

First time we have used this service and it was excellent. Came to collect our two parcels saying they would arrive at their destination in the Cotswolds within two days, they arrived the next morning at 8am. We were so pleased and would thoroughly recommend this service.

Honestly amazing. After Boris scuppered our Christmas plans and one of our family members was stranded on their own for Christmas I was able to courier all of their gifts to them so that they would be able to have something resembling a Christmas Day. Bearing in mind that we did this ON CHRISTMAS EVE, and the gifts were with their recipient 2 hours after I booked, it truly was a Christmas miracle. Prior to using Parcel Monkey I did try booking directly with the courier but it was a) way more complicated, b) more expensive (!) and c) their payment process failed. Will definitely use again.

My parcel left Cornwall on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday. By Saturday my daughter gave up and took an unnecessary journey in Tier 4 to collect it herself from the Hatfield depot. I wish I had never used Parcel Force.

Terrible disorganised service that should be fined. I am writing my third review with one star because all three of my package sent from U.K. to Italy with Parcel Monkey/DPD were delayed by more than two weeks? I have gone to a lot of effort contacting parcel monkey about the delays and and asked for reimbursement of postage fees as the service was delayed by more than two week. There was no update, the goods sat in the Italian couriers depot which in one case was only 20min drive from the customer but no one bothered to call to try to deliver to the customer. I didn’t get an apology or an acknowledgment of my complaint letters and I have no way of calling or living chatting to a team that can help. I would never use this service again ! I definitely do not recommend.

I am so disappointed I used this service three times for three packages to three different people all living in Italy. 100% were delayed by more than two weeks and no tracking updates. BRT is the local Italian courier working with DPD and the didn’t update their tracking despite it arriving in the country on 18 Dec and there was no update until I chased on 30 Dec and even now it’s still only delivered on 4Jan. Also parcel monkey doesn’t have telephone or live chat customer service so this service is terrible. I don’t trust them. I’d never use them again. I have insurance with each of my boxes but despite a long letter that I uploaded onto their dashboard they ignored it and just told me it was due to be delivered. No apology it’s late and no acknowledgement of the letter. I’d like to formally complain but they don’t even have a way to complain on their website. I don’t recommend.
