I love Parcel Monkey and have numerous positive experiences with them. On this occasion, can’t really review, as up to this moment of typing, this current package has yet to be delivered in the USA. Not sure if it’s Covid or Brexit or the under funding of US postal services under Mr Trumps presidency; but parcel has yet to arrive at its destination.
Is a little disappointing in this instance, as previous experiences have been great. I am living in hope of delivery soon, so would be grateful if you would ask me again about my experiences some time soon.

I use parcel monkey regularly as they provide a good service and allow me to choose best courier. However, this time I chose DHL, courier was confirmed according to Parcel Monkey. DHL didn’t turn up on stated day, no communication from them. Contacted PM they rearranged with much apology for next day. DHL advised by text and email pick up time, no show again, contacted PM they rearranged for next day when it was picked up. Lots of positive help from on line chat. DHL redeemed themselves by delivering next day which was a Saturday.

Was trying to return a dog kennel to Amazon via Hermes - Hermes continually failed to turn up for the pick-up. In the end Amazon asked me to arrange a pick-up using Parcel Monkey UK who employed Royal Mail to pick up my box with no problem at all.
I honestly despair with Hermes it is the worst service Ive ever come across & my heart sinks when I order something and see that theyre using Hermes to deliver my parcel...as it never comes.
I now have the inconvenience of claiming back my postage to Parcel Monkey UK from Amazon...but heigh ho...as long as Hermes are still in business...

I booked 2 parcels for delivery from the south coast to Glasgow. I dropped them off on the Wednesday 30th December and was not really expecting them to be delivered until the following week...but they were delivered on Saturday 2nd January. Given the time of year and weather conditions, I was very pleased with this service.

The system worked exactly as it said it would. I selected the delivery service nearest to my wishes. The parcel was collected when stated by the service selected by me and was delivered to the correct address on the date selected.

Excellent service. Easy to track. Arrived in Australia in less than a week. Recipient was contacted by phone prior to delivery. I will use this service in the future mainly because it was so efficient but also because it was almost half the cost of using my local postal service.

Parcel posted to poland November 27th never arrived although both sender and recipient contlact no. are displayed on label messaged them constantly since December. They said parcel was being returned They are now not responding to messages

Posted a parcel from the UK to Italy. The courier said there was a problem with the address and it had to be corrected by the sender, we contacted them to correct the address and they said thank you it would be delivered (all via messages of course as there is no phone number). Tracking says its in the warehouse ready for delivery, but this has been going on for weeks. We have been told to contact the courier ourselves but when we finally manage to get through the courier tells us the sender (parcel monkey) has to contact them. I will NEVER USE PARCEL MONKEY AGAIN. It isnt cheap and we insured the parcel. Yet there seems to be no way to make a claim without receipts for everything in the box (if the things were new, we would have ordered them from the seller instead of using this rip-off service). Ridiculous. I suggest anyone intending to post a package uses couriers directly rather than going through this service.

No collection on day promised despite us chasing when the expected time slot was missed and aussrance that collection would still take place. Then couldn’t rearrange for the following day as too short notice so my clients package ended up been 3 days late.
