Good easy to do etc. Annoying that you have to put receivers phone number in as I did not had that so I used mine.
It would be good to fwd the tracking info without having to log in. I sent the link on but they where not able to view the progress

i paid almost 200 pounds to send a small box of medical supplies to trinidad and tobago for covid19 ... my parcel didnt even leave the uk it went on hold with the company parcel monkey uses norsk something because they apparently removed the commercial invoice i attached to the package ... no one contacted me no messages nothing sitting there for days until i decided to track it... when i called norsk because parcel monkey has no phone support norsk was rude and dismiss me told me to contact parcel monkey

this is a difficult one.Parcel Monkey did everything right but it went downhill as soon as DPD took hold of my parcel.I paid for 2 day delivery to Ireland on the 22nd April.My parcel was in the distribution depot in Athlone(ROI)on the 24th April and did not get delivered until 30th April.I know we are in difficult times right now,but if my 2 day delivery was going to be a problem,I wish it would have been told to me and I would have accepted this.The fact of the matter is,that my parcel got from the UK to Ireland in 1 and a half days but a further 5 days after it was delivered,not what I paid for

Booked dhl through parcel monkey.. Booked on a Tuesday for a Thursday collection... Next day delivery... Thursday came but DHL DIDNT... Contacted parcel monkey who the arranged collection for Friday... Got an email from DHL Saying they would collect parcel between 20:15. And 00:15. Do they think I will wait up for them till after midnight.. ???? As it happens they turned up about 16:00 .. I then asked if they delivered Sat as I had paid them for next day... No chance will deliver it Monday.. They couldnt even manage that.. Tracked my parcel and the tracking just said DELAYED... Finally delivered it on Tuesday.. A whole week later than the day I booked it and three working days after it was supposed to be collected.. I guess parcel monkey is OK but beware DHL

Wasted a full day waiting for pick up & no show. No communication from you with new pickup date , no apology for not picking up. Had to contact you for new pick up date.then new date arranged for next day but no date shown for pick up day. Very frustrating!!

Had a dpd parcel not collected so was instructed by them to rebook and seek a refund for the failed collection, do that all fine, request the refund and over 6 weeks later they finally offer a refund for less than what i paid them becuase they say there invoice is wrong, absolutely disgusting service, avoid like the plague.

Lost package took money won’t respond to request for the package protection amount and gave fake tracking numbers and had us talking to different carriers that the company said the package was with but they never had it it’s been w months and parcel monkey has stopped responding .plus their chat on the company’s web site there the people the hire don’t have a clue very frustrated lost my refund from the company we were returning the dress to . Pay the extra bucks for company you can trusT .
